There is a situation where I very much want to follow through and do something, and it is possible, but there are a few obstacles attached. That I can navigate around these obstacles, or circumstances change so they "melt away." I would like to proceed with this, but with a smoother path. Meantime, I'm stuck in the dilemma of not knowing what to do. How to proceed. And nothing gets done when you do nothing.
