The Spirit talking to us

I'm going to point out how the Holy Spirit has "talked" to me{Sorry, Joy Behar, that doesn't make me insane.}and can "hear" the Spirit.Sometimes I do something that's not specifically spiritual,but I can relate it to something spiritual,and I" hear". it.Like, if I'm at a cemetary,I hear,"The time is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear the voice of the Son of Man". There was a pet shop I used to browse in that had exotic pets, and when I looked at the face of the big snake, I could almost hear an audible voice, of the snake in the Garden."the devil misleading Eve:"You shall not surely die.For in the day you eat of it,God knows you will be like Him, knowing good from evil".Or when I'm exceptionally busy,sometimes into the night,the words in Revelation_"And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever,and "They have no rest day and night"I had a barber who was from Sicily, and a lot of Mafia come from there,{not saying him}and it came to me,"Fear not those who can kill the body,but after this can do no more, but fear Him who can destroy both body and soul in Gehenna".I can think of a few others,but the thing, something may not be specific spiritual experience, but when the spirit is in you,something brings it out.I'm sure you know what I mean, and it has happened to you before.

Wow, Steven, this is the far best post that i saw on this site. Your authentic testimony about how God speaks to You. Awsome. I lke more when People speak about "living" stuff then to talk about politics, if You know what i mean.
I thought You have not yet those kinds of testimonies, but now i am totaly pleasantly surprized!!!
This is where power is!! Not in our debates about every day life and politics. Awsome!!! I want to hear some more, amen!!!

Steven, there is power in what you write whether you use Scripture and write about political things or write about hearing the voice of God.

You have written about salvation and the fall of man, you have written about the increase in witchcraft and family members and many other solid topics. One of the comments above was very skewed and I would but little to zero weight on it.

The primary reason the United States is in the mess it is is that Christians have gotten out of politics rather than governing the earth and voting in the way that most closely resembles that. God bless in Jesus’ Name.

In would agree with that.Most on" the left" support gay marriage and abortion,and if a Christian is apathetic or{I've seen this}even votes for such a person,all it would do is harm other Christians when they pass laws supporting those things.{Plus why support a position that's anti-Christian?}Myself, last election one candidate was backing those things,PLUS participated in séances.{Claims Eleonor Roosevelt was "guiding" her on request.}Me? I heard this , I made sure I hit every prayer line imaginable to pray about them NOT getting in!
