Your deadliest enemy!

Matthew 6:34
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Jesus inferred in the above verse that we need to take life one day at a time. Unfortunately many people will stress in great abundance and with matters far into the future.

The connection between fear and stress.

Short-term fear deals with real physical danger. After the danger is gone, peace is restored. Those stresses will propagate a measured response to action.
However long-term fear is different.

Long-term fear deals with unresolved issues of the mind. It is in effect 'the mind's battlefield.' Thoughts move about aimlessly without any real action, playing havoc to one's health.

It is important to let this dead weight go. Only God can truly renew your mind. Surrender to Jesus and you will have inner peace.

Note:
Both types of fears propagate stresses. However, short-term fear is beneficial to your well-being and the stress is short-lived. While long-term stresses can cause serious mental health issues, which left untreated can affect your physical health.
Long-term fear is in fact better known as fret, worry, and anxieties...
It is your battlefield.

“Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows; it empties today of its strength.”

“Most Christians are being crucified on a cross between two thieves: Yesterday’s regret and tomorrow’s worries.”
- ###

Silent the battlefield in your mind through Jesus.

Do not let the devil use your mind to deny Jesus is Lord and Savior. He loves you and me and has died on the cross to save us and guide us to heaven. Fear and stress comes from satan you must cast him out of your house in the name of Jesus and all depression, worry, fear, and anything else will be gone. In the name of Jesus there is power in the Blood.
Amen! Thank you for sharing ###.
