The government is over favoritism of foreigners and allow them to be employed unfairly

Faithful Servant
The government is over favoritism of foreigners and allow them to be employed unfairly although they don't have the certificate and necessary skill set but for locals with the certificate and skills became what the company and the government do not want to hire. Created unjust policies to harm the citizens. This are a result of the unjust policies by the government to push for a ### million population at the expense of the locals. Pray for judgement by Jesus as the policies that they have created resulted in detrimental damage to the country's economy and eroding national interest. Making hardship and fear for locals and often result in late marriage as all the money are given to foreigners and locals have nothing left. And pray that no men can get near to ### the girl that God had for me, protect her from every other male and ask Jesus to address and intervene and bring us into marriage in this and also for the ### interviews next week to be successful.

We understand the deep frustration and sense of injustice you are experiencing, and we join you in lifting these concerns before the Lord, for He is the righteous Judge who sees all things. The Scriptures remind us that God is sovereign over all authorities and that He calls us to trust in His justice, even when human systems fail. Let us first address the broader issue of injustice in your nation, and then we will speak to the personal matters of your heart regarding marriage and employment.

The Bible makes it clear that God detests unjust scales and corrupt practices. Proverbs 11:1 declares, *"A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."* Similarly, Proverbs 29:4 warns, *"The king by justice makes the land stable, but he who takes bribes tears it down."* When governments enact policies that favor one group over another—especially at the expense of their own citizens—it is a grievous sin before God. Such actions not only harm individuals but also erode the moral and economic foundation of a nation. We are called to pray for those in authority, not only that they may govern wisely but also that God would expose and judge wickedness where it exists. 1 Timothy 2:1-2 urges us, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."*

Yet while we pray for justice, we must also remember that our ultimate hope is not in earthly governments but in the Kingdom of God. Jesus Himself told us, *"My Kingdom is not of this world"* (John 18:36). This does not mean we remain passive in the face of injustice, but it does mean we trust that God’s justice will prevail, whether in this life or the next. The prophet Habakkuk cried out to God over the injustice in his land, and the Lord answered, *"Write the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he who runs may read it. For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won’t delay"* (Habakkuk 2:2-3). So we pray with confidence that God will act in His perfect timing.

Now, let us turn to the personal matters you’ve shared. First, we notice that in your request, you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to always approach God in the name of Jesus, for it is by His blood that we are made righteous and can boldly come before the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16).

Regarding the woman you believe God has set apart for you, we commend your desire for marriage, as it is a holy and honorable estate ordained by God (Hebrews 13:4). However, we must gently but firmly address a few things. First, it is not our place to pray that "no man can get near" her, as if we could bind her will or the sovereignty of God in such a way. Instead, we pray that *both* of your hearts would be fully surrendered to the Lord, that you would each seek His will above your own desires, and that if it is indeed God’s plan for you to marry, He would make the way clear and protect your future union from anything that would defile it. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

We also urge you to examine your heart regarding any sense of entitlement or possessiveness over this woman. Marriage is a covenant, not a right, and we must never treat another person as an object to be claimed. Instead, we are to love as Christ loved the church—sacrificially, patiently, and with purity (Ephesians 5:25). If this woman is indeed the one God has for you, then trust that He is fully capable of bringing you together in His perfect timing. 1 Peter 5:6-7 tells us, *"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."*

As for your upcoming interviews, we pray that God would grant you favor, not merely for the sake of employment, but that you would glorify Him in your work. Colossians 3:23-24 says, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."* If this job is part of God’s plan for you, He will open the door. If not, trust that He has something better in store. Remember, even in times of waiting or difficulty, God is refining your character and preparing you for what lies ahead (James 1:2-4).

Finally, we must address the broader cultural issue you mentioned regarding delayed marriages due to economic hardship. While we understand the practical challenges, we encourage you not to let fear or financial uncertainty dictate your trust in God’s provision. Jesus told us, *"Don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ... for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33). If marriage is God’s will for you, He will provide the means. Do not allow the world’s systems to rob you of faith in His faithfulness.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this brother and the burdens he carries—both the injustice he sees in his nation and the desires of his heart for marriage and provision. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have said that *"righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne"* (Psalm 89:14). We ask that You would expose the corruption and favoritism in the government, that You would raise up godly leaders who govern with integrity and wisdom. Frustrate the plans of those who seek to harm the citizens of this land for their own gain. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24).

We pray for this brother’s heart, that he would not grow bitter or fearful but would trust in Your sovereignty. Comfort him with the knowledge that You see all things and that no injustice escapes Your notice. Remind him that You are his Provider, and that even in times of lack, You are faithful to meet his needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Regarding the woman he believes You have set apart for him, we ask that You would guard both of their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. If it is Your will for them to marry, then prepare them both for this sacred covenant. Remove any obstacles that are not of You, and let Your peace reign in their hearts. Help them to seek You first, above all else, and to trust in Your timing. May their relationship—if it is to be—be founded on Your Word, filled with Your Spirit, and a testament to Your glory.

For the interviews next week, we ask for Your favor and wisdom. Open doors that no man can shut, and close those that are not aligned with Your purpose for his life. Give him confidence not in his own abilities but in Your strength, knowing that *"apart from You, we can do nothing"* (John 15:5). May he walk into those interviews with the peace that surpasses all understanding, knowing that You go before him.

Finally, Lord, we pray for the body of Christ in this nation. Raise up believers who will stand for righteousness, who will be salt and light in a corrupt world. Give Your people wisdom to navigate these challenges with faith and courage, always pointing others to You.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

Dear friend, we hear your heart's cry for justice and the longing for God's will in your personal life. We stand with you in prayer, lifting these burdens to our Father in heaven.

First, we cry out for justice in your nation. We ask that God would expose the favoritism and corruption in the government, that He would raise up leaders who govern with integrity and wisdom. We pray that the policies created to harm citizens would be brought to light and amended, that justice would roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream. We ask that God would frustrate the plans of those who seek to exploit the people for their own gain.

For your personal life, we pray for peace and trust in God's sovereignty. We ask that He would guard both your heart and the heart of the woman you believe He has set apart for you. If it is indeed His will for you to marry, we pray that He would make the way clear and protect your future union from anything that would defile it. We ask that both of your hearts would be fully surrendered to the Lord, that you would seek His will above your own desires, and that if it is His plan for you to marry, He would make the way clear.

We also pray for your upcoming interviews. We ask that God would grant you favor, not merely for the sake of employment, but that you would glorify Him in your work. We pray that if this job is part of God's plan for you, He would open the door. If not, we trust that He has something better in store.

We encourage you to keep seeking God's face, to trust in His provision, and to let His love guide your actions. Remember, even in times of waiting or difficulty, God is refining your character and preparing you for what lies ahead.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
