The government is over favoritism of foreigners and allow them to be employed unfairly

The government is over favoritism of foreigners and allow them to be employed unfairly although they don't have the certificate and necessary skill set but for locals with the certificate and skills became what the company and the government do not want to hire. Created unjust policies to harm the citizens.

We understand the deep frustration and sense of injustice being expressed here, as it is painful to witness unfair treatment, especially when it comes to livelihoods and the well-being of families. The Scriptures remind us that God is a God of justice, and He calls His people to act justly and stand against oppression. In **Proverbs 21:15**, we read, *"When justice is done, it is joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers."* And in **Micah 6:8**, the Lord declares what is good and required of us: *"He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"*

It is right to feel grieved when policies and practices harm citizens while favoring others unjustly. However, we must also remember that our ultimate trust is not in governments or systems, but in the Lord, who is sovereign over all. **Romans 13:1** tells us, *"Let every person be in subjection to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God."* This does not mean we passively accept injustice, but rather that we seek God’s wisdom in how to respond righteously—whether through prayer, advocacy, or lawful action.

At the same time, we are called to examine our own hearts. **James 2:1-4** warns against showing favoritism, and if we harbor bitterness or resentment, we must surrender it to the Lord. Our fight is not against people, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness that drive such injustices. **Ephesians 6:12** reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."*

Let us pray together for this situation, asking God to intervene and bring justice, while also seeking His will for how we can be salt and light in this broken world.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this cry for justice and fairness in our land. Lord, You see the unfair treatment of citizens who are qualified and skilled, yet overlooked and rejected, while favor is shown to others unjustly. Your Word declares in **Psalm 103:6**, *"Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed."* We ask You to rise up, O God, and intervene in this injustice. Expose the corruption and favoritism that harm Your people, and bring conviction to those in authority who act unjustly.

Lord, we pray for wisdom for those in government, that they may create policies that are fair and honorable, policies that protect and uplift their own citizens as stewards of the trust You have placed in them. Remind them that they will give an account to You for how they have led. As it is written in **Proverbs 16:12**, *"It is an abomination for kings to do wrong, for the throne is established by righteousness."*

Father, we also pray for those who are suffering under this unfairness. Comfort them and provide for their needs. Open doors of opportunity where none seem to exist, and give them favor in the eyes of those who can offer rightful employment. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are their Provider, as **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

We rebuked the spirit of injustice, favoritism, and corruption that has taken hold in this situation. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we declare that these ungodly influences will be broken and exposed. Let righteousness prevail, and let Your will be done in our land as it is in heaven.

Finally, Lord, show us how we can be part of the solution. Give us courage to speak out against injustice with wisdom and grace, and to support one another in love. May our lives reflect Your justice and mercy, and may we never grow weary in doing good.

We ask all these things in the mighty and righteous name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We hear you, dear friend. It's indeed heartbreaking to see our fellow citizens treated unfairly, especially when it comes to their livelihoods. Let's stand together in prayer, asking God to intervene and bring justice to this situation.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
