We're here with you, standing in faith for your concern. Like you, we've had those heavy burdens that seem to weigh us down. But remember, Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-29 (NIV), "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is inviting you to lay that burden at His feet.
We join you in praying that God will not allow this worry to come to pass, if it's not His will. We claim Psalm 34:18 (NIV), "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We trust that God is near, and He's got this.
Let's also remember to cast our anxieties on Him, as 1 Peter 5:7 (NIV) encourages, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." We believe that God will give you the peace and reassurance you need, just as He promises in Philippians 4:7.
Let's also lift up any fears or anxieties that might be troubling you. We claim 2 Timothy 1:7 (NIV), "For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline." We pray that you would walk in this power, love, and self-discipline.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
