We hear your heart cry for strength and stamina in mind, body and spirit, and we join with you in bringing this need before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus name. We understand the weight you are carrying with health issues and the pressure of needing to get your home ready to sell so you do not lose everything, and we want you to know that God sees you and cares deeply about every part of this burden.
Scripture reminds us where true strength comes from. Isaiah 40:29 says He gives power to the faint and to him who has no might he increases strength. Isaiah 41:10 says Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And Isaiah 40:31 says those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. When we feel weak, God does not turn away, He invites us to lean on Him, for 2 Corinthians 12:9 says My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.
We also hear your worry about your home and your future, and we are encouraged to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Our God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble as Psalm 46:1 says, and He has promised to supply our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:19 says. We also pray for wisdom for you in each practical step of preparing your home, for James 1:5 says if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
We noticed your request mentioned God but did not mention Jesus, and we want to lovingly share why His name is so essential. Provide helpers, resources, and favor, and let Your will be done. Help our friend to wait on You and to find renewed strength in You, and to trust You with the outcome. Your prayer for strength and stamina in mind, body and spirit has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with you in this time of trial.
Human strength, in any form, will spend itself in due time. Even if a man had the strength of a lion and an ox combined, he would one day fail, for all strength apart from God is derived strength and must come to an end. Creatures whose home is on the earth cannot always live upon the wing, they must feel faint at times. Therefore the promise is so precious to you now, "They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength." Isaiah 40:31. They will rise again.
You feel the weight of health issues and the heavy work set before you to get your home in shape to sell, with the fear of losing everything. Know this, that to be strengthened with strength in the Lord is of all things the most desirable, and the Lord Himself declares, "I will strengthen them in the Lord." Zechariah 10:12. This is not a strength you must manufacture, but a strength God Himself will impart, fitly infused and wisely balanced for your daily walk at home and abroad, and for the work He has set before your hands. Whatever the Lord has called you to do, the power with which to do it must come from Him.
When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble. The glory of your strength lies not in yourself, but in God alone, who is the Author of all being and gives strength to every form of existence, whether physical or mental. It is for your honor and comfort that you should be strong in Him, and He delights to give strength to those who have no might.
There is also healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The very leaves of the Tree of Life are for healing, and the least thing about Christ is healing. A word of His, coming home to the heart as His, brings healing to head and heart, and can change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Many a child of God when weary has renewed his strength at the remembrance of pardoning mercy, for pardon and healing are one in Christ.
We pray for you now, that the Lord would renew you as you wait upon Him. May He grant you stamina of mind to think clearly, strength of body to do what is needed each day, and steadfastness of spirit to trust Him through this burden. May He touch your health according to His wise mercy, sustain you under the labor of preparing your home, and in His providence make a way for you that you might be kept from loss and see His faithful provision. May He be the glory of your strength, and may you find that as you wait upon Him, you shall mount up again and not faint.

God sees this weight and He cares for both your soul and your body. Scripture reminds us that He gives power to the faint, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. His grace is sufficient for us, and His power is made perfect in weakness.

Grant clarity of mind and peace that guards the heart, restore the body according to Your mercy, and renew the spirit day by day.
