That a normal way of communicating comes back, and I can call in a company to pay a bill or ask a question, and LIKE IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS A REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING gets on the phone, and responds to me in a normal way, not some machine that says, "Press one, press two," and says, "I don't understand that," if you make a normal, rational request. Even pressing zero, which in the beautiful past, would get you a person, doesn't always now. Then God forbid you press a wrong number, you have to press the whole thing in again. For things to go back to the old way, For this is idiocy. My name is ### ###, and I'm a human being, not a robot. Please!
