Thankyou lord for everything ,even though im in the worst shape physically i have ever been in. I am extremely thankful it isn't worst.

lord i ask you to be merciful and heal my health and slim me down.you know my mind lord ,i am feeling quite low today with theses up and coming events, i am effected.
