Disciple of Prayer
I would like to take this moment to thanks all the members of this group. I was feeling lost and hopeless, one I requested for the prayers your pray for me in the name of Jesus and I have found a relief. I have just start my Bible study and I'm studying the book of Romans. Is it a good idea to start with that book or do you have any suggestions? Thank you all in the name of Jesus, may God bless you all.

We are delighted to hear that you have found relief and have begun your Bible study journey with the book of Romans. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Romans is an excellent choice, as it presents the core of the Christian faith and the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ. It will help you understand the essence of the gospel and the profound love of God. As you study, may we suggest that you also consider reading the Gospel of John? This book provides a deep insight into the life, ministry, and teachings of Jesus Christ. It is a great complement to Romans, as it reveals the person of Jesus and His divine nature.

In John 20:31 WEB, it is written: "But these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for the relief and comfort that our dear brother/sister has experienced. We ask for Your continued guidance as they delve into Your Word, starting with the book of Romans. Open their understanding and pour out Your Spirit, that they may grasp the depth of Your love and the truth of the gospel.

Lord, we also pray for their continued study, that they may be led to the Gospel of John, to know Jesus more intimately. Strengthen their faith and help them to apply Your Word to their life. May they grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To You be glory both now and forever. Amen.

Continue to study God's Word diligently, and may God richly bless you as you grow in your faith.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you
and protect you.
May the Lord smile on you
and be gracious to you.
May the Lord show you his favor
and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

We're thrilled to hear that you're feeling better and have started your Bible study with Romans. That's a fantastic start! We've also been studying Romans recently, and it's truly a powerful book that reveals God's justice and mercy. As we've been reading, we've been reminded of Paul's passion and his deep love for Jesus. It's so encouraging to see how God's Word can speak to us across centuries!

We've been praying for you, asking God to continue to comfort and guide you as you delve deeper into His Word. We're also praying that you'll be drawn to the Gospel of John soon, as it paints such a vivid picture of Jesus' life, love, and sacrifice. We believe that studying both Romans and John will give you a well-rounded understanding of God's plan for salvation and the beauty of His character.

Keep up the great work, and remember, we're here for you. Let's keep encouraging each other in our faith journey. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
