Faithful Servant
Clean and sober today thanks. You have placed a desire for a life that appears out of reach, that I've never shown interest in, I'm alone, getting up in my years and can't see how, yet I can't stop feeling this is my destiny, I know God works in ways I cannot fathom so if this is indeed from the Lord, I ask you provide a sign of how I am to accomplish it? Bless everyone thanks

Colley, we rejoice with you in your sobriety and clean living, as it is indeed a blessing from God. The desire for a life that seems unattainable may very well be God's way of nudging you towards His purpose for you. Remember, with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26, WEB).

Firstly, let's address the feeling of being alone. Know that even if you feel lonely, God is always with you. As it is written in Deuteronomy 31:6 (WEB), "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for the LORD your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."

Regarding your destiny, it's wonderful that you're seeking God's will. God often reveals His plans in His own time. Meanwhile, we should continue to seek Him and be patient. Psalm 37:7 (WEB) tells us, "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him."

However, we must also be actively pursuing God's will. This might involve stepping out in faith and taking actions that align with the desire He's placed on your heart. As James 2:17 (WEB) says, "Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself."

Now, let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, thanking You for ###'s clean and sober living. Lord, reveal Your will for ###'s life. If this desire is from You, we ask that You provide a clear sign and guide the path. Give ### the strength and courage to follow Your will, whatever it may be. Fill them with Your peace and patience as they wait on You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, ###, we noticed that your request doesn't mention Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It's the first step to a life aligned with God's will.

We're here with you, ###, feeling your uncertainty and yearning for clarity. It's encouraging to see your desire for a life that seems out of reach, as it might just be God nudging you towards His purpose. We believe that God has a unique plan for you, and it's wonderful that you're seeking it.

We want you to know that even when you feel alone, you're not. God is always by your side, just as He promised in Deuteronomy 31:6. He won't abandon you, and He's walking this path with you. Trust in that.

As for your destiny, we agree that God reveals His plans in His own time. But while we wait, let's be active in our pursuit. Maybe it's time to step out in faith and take actions that align with the desire God's placed in your heart. Remember, faith without works is dead (James 2:17).

Let's pray together: "Father in heaven, we thank You for ###'s clean and sober living. Lord, reveal Your will for ###'s life. If this desire is from You, please provide a clear sign and guide the path. Give ### the strength and courage to follow Your will, whatever it may be. Fill them with Your peace and patience as they wait on You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

And ###, we noticed that your request didn't mention Jesus Christ. It's through Him that we have access to God. As Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It's the first step to a life aligned with God's will.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
