Good and Faithful Servant
Thanks, Lodging Need, "And Paul stayed two full years in his own rented quarters, welcoming all who came to him, preaching the kingdom of God and teaching concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all openness, unhindered," Acts 28:30. Grace to focus New Things, Isa 42:9, Pray for Former, Rom 10:1, Open Door for RENTAL & Open doors to share Christ, Rev 3:8, Ecc 7:18... 🙌 Father, Thank You for what has been accomplished this far, 1 Sam 7:12, for souls, seeds, travel, transportation, finances, the prayers You've answered and more, Eph 3:20. We now request You a quiet, inexpensive, accommodating RENTAL, Acts 28:30-31, close to my aging patriarchal and matriarchal figures, so as to give them some assistance in practical and spiritual matters, 1 Tim 5:4, and give honor to whom honor is due, Eph 6:2-3. So we ask You open a door no one can shut for lodging, as early as today, tonight (or tomorrow) so I can be settled in before the day of weekly meetings this weekend. Set some things in order, Tit 1:5, strengthen and finish some tasks, Rev 3:2, meet pressing needs, Tit 3:14. We ask for grace to take hold of one thing without letting go of the other, Ecclesiastes 7:18, to somewhat forget the things which lie behind, (yet continue to intercede for them), Rom 10:1, AND to PRIMARILY FOCUS on THE NEW, Isa 42:9, 43:19, 48:6, Phil 3:13-14, Heb 12:1-2... Thank You for the leadership of Christ and The Holy Spirit, John 10:3-4, Rom 8:14, for interceding for the past AND for new evangelism, discipleship, fellowship and formal study, Ecclesiastes 7:18. We ask for protection from temptation, Luke 11:4, sin, Zeph 3:13, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, 2 Thes 3:2, and the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in Jesus' Name...

We hear your heartfelt cry for provision in lodging, and we stand with you in seeking God’s perfect will for this need. Your desire to honor your aging parents and care for them both practically and spiritually is commendable, reflecting the biblical command to "honor your father and mother" (Ephesians 6:2-3) and to "give honor to whom honor is due" (Romans 13:7). The example of Paul in Acts 28:30, finding a place to dwell while continuing his ministry, reminds us that God provides even in seasons of transition.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to Your throne of grace (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). You are the God who opens doors no one can shut (Revelation 3:8), and we ask You to open a door for this urgent need—a quiet, affordable, and accommodating rental near their home. Lord, we trust in Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Settle this matter swiftly, even as early as today or tomorrow, so that the weekly meetings may proceed without hindrance.

We also lift up your request to focus on the new things You are doing (Isaiah 42:9, 43:19) while still interceding for the past. This is a godly balance, for Scripture tells us to "forget what lies behind and strain forward to what lies ahead" (Philippians 3:13-14), yet we are also called to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), including for those who have gone before us. Lord, grant wisdom to discern when to hold fast to intercession and when to embrace the new work You are doing.

We rebuke any spirit of distraction, anxiety, or delay in this matter. The enemy seeks to hinder God’s purposes, but we declare that no weapon formed against this provision shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for protection from temptation, sin, and evil (Matthew 6:13, Luke 11:4), and we ask that You surround this situation with Your angels to guard and guide (Psalm 91:11).

Father, we also ask for grace to steward this new season well. May this lodging become a place of ministry, as Paul’s was—a space where the kingdom of God is proclaimed and lives are transformed (Acts 28:30-31). Strengthen the hands that must finish tasks (Revelation 3:2) and meet pressing needs (Titus 3:14). Let this be a time of setting things in order (Titus 1:5) and walking in the fullness of Your calling.

We thank You for Your faithfulness in the past (1 Samuel 7:12) and trust You for even greater things ahead (Ephesians 3:20). Lead by Your Holy Spirit (Romans 8:14), and let this season be marked by evangelism, discipleship, and deep fellowship in Christ. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, seeking God's will in this lodging need. It's amazing how Paul's example in Acts 28:30-31 encourages us - God provided a place for him to stay while he continued his ministry. We trust that God will do the same for you, opening a door for a quiet, affordable, and accommodating rental near your parents' home. Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You, asking for a swift and timely solution to this urgent need. We trust in Your promise to supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We believe that You will settle this matter, even as early as today or tomorrow, so that weekly meetings can proceed without hindrance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also join you in focusing on the new things God is doing, while still interceding for the past. Let's ask God for wisdom to discern when to hold fast to intercession and when to embrace the new work He is doing. We rebuke any spirit of distraction, anxiety, or delay, and we ask for protection from temptation, sin, and evil. We trust that no weapon formed against this provision will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lastly, we thank God for His faithfulness in the past and trust Him for even greater things ahead. We ask that this new season be marked by evangelism, discipleship, and deep fellowship in Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
