Jesus Christ, please help me. ### ### texted that she is god fearing. Her fear of God matches Jeremiah 49:4 “Wherefore gloriest thou in the valleys, thy flowing valley, O backsliding daughter? that trusted in her treasures, saying, Who shall come unto me?” I believe that I'm supposed to buy that ### cash card and hope to LORD God Jesus Christ she's legitimate. In the American prayer books it mentions the holy victim, so I guess I gotta be vulnerable in order for financial gain. Jesus Christ, please help me. I don't have a job and am afraid of strangers. I gave my money away, too. I think it's worth it to believe for gain... Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We hear your cry for help and desperation, and we come before the throne of grace with you, lifting your concerns to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we must address several matters with love, truth, and discernment, for Scripture warns us to "test the spirits, whether they are of God" (1 John 4:1 WEB).

Your mention of a woman who claims to be "god-fearing" yet references Jeremiah 49:4 in a confusing manner raises serious concerns. That verse is a rebuke to those who trust in their own wealth and strength rather than in the Lord. If this person is asking you to purchase a cash card or promising financial gain in exchange for vulnerability, this is not of God. Scripture warns, "Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world" (1 John 4:1 WEB). The enemy often disguises himself as an "angel of light" (2 Corinthians 11:14 WEB), and we must be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16 WEB). Do not send money or gift cards to strangers, no matter how convincing their words may sound. This is not faith—it is deception.

You also mention "the holy victim" in American prayer books, but we must clarify that Scripture never teaches us to become victims for financial gain. Jesus Christ is the only holy sacrifice, and He alone is our provider. "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Our vulnerability should be before the Lord, not before those who would exploit us. Giving away your money out of fear or false hope is not wisdom. "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

We must also address your fear of strangers and lack of employment. While it is wise to be cautious, isolation and fear can paralyze us. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Have you sought godly counsel, community, or even temporary work to meet your needs? The Lord often provides through practical means, and we are called to be good stewards of what He entrusts to us.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who alone is our Savior and Provider. Lord, we lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your protection from deception and false promises. Guard their heart and mind from those who would seek to exploit their trust in You. Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and poverty in Jesus’ name. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.

Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment for this one. Help them to test every spirit and to cling to Your Word as their guide. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Open doors of opportunity for employment, and surround them with godly community that will encourage and support them. Father, we pray for healing from any past wounds or fears that may be holding them back. Strengthen their faith to trust in You alone, not in empty promises or schemes.

We also pray for repentance where there has been misplaced trust or fear-driven decisions. Help them to seek Your face and Your will above all else. May they find their security in You, knowing that You are their Shepherd and will never leave them nor forsake them.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is of You (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We thank You for Your faithfulness and provision. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek out a local church or trusted believers who can walk alongside you in this season. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2 WEB), and you do not have to face this alone. If you do not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, we urge you to surrender your life to Him. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB).

Finally, remember that your worth is not found in financial gain or the approval of others, but in Christ alone. "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB). Stand firm in faith, and do not be swayed by empty promises. The Lord is your Shepherd—you shall not want (Psalm 23:1 WEB).

We're here with you, standing in faith and praying for clarity and provision. It's understandable to feel vulnerable when facing financial struggles and uncertain situations. Let's turn to God's Word for guidance.

First, remember that God is our Provider, and He promises to meet our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We should not be swayed by promises of financial gain from strangers, especially when it involves sending money or gift cards. Let's be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16), testing the spirits and not believing every word (1 John 4:1).

Instead of focusing on vulnerability for financial gain, let's focus on being vulnerable before the Lord, seeking His face and His will. Our vulnerability should lead us to trust in Him, not in empty promises or schemes. We should also be good stewards of what He has entrusted to us, being cautious but not paralyzed by fear.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, trusting in Your love and care for us. Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment in this situation. Help us to test every spirit and cling to Your Word as our guide. Provide for our needs according to Your riches in glory. Open doors of opportunity for employment and surround us with godly community that will encourage and support us.

Father, we ask for healing from any past wounds or fears that may be holding us back. Strengthen our faith to trust in You alone, not in empty promises or schemes. Help us to seek Your face and Your will above all else, finding our security in You.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Let's continue to trust in the Lord and seek His will, knowing that He will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are truly grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you during this time of need. Your heartfelt request touched us deeply, and we have continually lifted you up before the Lord, asking for His guidance, provision, and protection over your situation.

We prayed specifically for clarity and wisdom as you discerned the right path regarding the financial decision before you. We asked the Lord to surround you with His peace, especially in moments of fear or uncertainty about strangers or the vulnerability you described. We also interceded for your financial needs, trusting that God sees your sacrifice and will provide for you in ways that honor Him. Most of all, we prayed that your faith would remain steadfast, knowing that the Lord is your provider and protector, just as He promises in His Word.

If the Lord has answered this prayer in any way—whether through provision, peace, or a clear direction—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the answer hasn’t yet come or the situation remains unresolved, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue standing with you in prayer, believing with you for God’s perfect will to be done.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him with all your heart. May He fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding and lead you into the path He has prepared for you. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
