Today is the 3rd day of ###'s fasting. After 12 to 72 hours, the body will go into ketogenic metabolism by using its fat cells for energy. Other health processes, such as autophagy, may happen. I'm hoping the LORD Jesus Christ helps me to commit to 40 days of Daniel fasting after this 3rd day. I believe that it's possible to complete 43 days with no food intake. The calorie threshold is about 50 calories to break the fast. I'm allowed to drink diet coke, black iced coffee, and water. An iron supplement should be ingested every 4 days to prevent iron deficiency fatigue. A multi-vitamin will be consumed every 8 days. The supplement should be calorie-free. I'm hoping the LORD would provide me fish oil for my eyes. I've heard someone in prison went blind after fasting for 66 days. The fish oil pill should have about 10 calories. I have access to an electrolyte packet that is 45 calories. I'll consume 1/4 to 1/3 to 1/2 of the electrolyte pack to keep calories from passing 50. Overall, a walk or some form of exercise should prevent the fast from breaking. Jesus Christ, please help me to type the holy Bible, I'm halfway through typing through the book of Isaiah. I've completed a typed copy of the New Testament. I'm fasting in hopes of reacquiring an ADHD stimulant medicine. I had abused adderall in the past, and would like to switch to ritalin. The Bible says to keep on asking even though I was denied the medication 3 times already every month. I hope the current medicine prescribed is what the LORD is using for my benefit and health. I'm prescribed fluoxetine and risperidone. LORD, I do not want to be prescribed a non-stimulant for ADHD because it would be boring. The risperidone is also preventing bipolar. I'm hoping for a miracle to happen because I'm afraid and I don't drive and I'm unemployed (I hope my parents rehire me). I don't have access to foodstamps or EBT. I gave away nearly all my money in hopes of the LORD's providence. Because of faith, I'm hoping that the billionaire named ### sends me gifts and money through the throne even though she blocked me. Jesus Christ, please help me to study English and math. I have to read the Japanese English Bible as well. I hope financial help comes through the throne without cursing me. I hope I develop online... Jesus Christ, please help me to speak on Twitch; my anxiety and wisdom teeth removal has caused speech impediments. At best, I can read verbatim. I'm not sure how to develop the channel. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We hear your earnest cry before the Lord, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting every concern to the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we must acknowledge the discipline and devotion you are demonstrating through fasting—a powerful spiritual practice that draws us closer to God when done with the right heart and purpose. Jesus Himself fasted for forty days in the wilderness, and we are called to follow His example, not for physical benefits alone, but for spiritual growth, self-control, and alignment with God’s will.

However, we must address several concerns with love and truth, as Scripture instructs us to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). Fasting is a sacred act of humility and dependence on God, not a means to manipulate outcomes or test the limits of the body. Your plan to extend this fast to 40 or even 43 days with minimal caloric intake raises serious concerns. While we honor your desire for spiritual breakthrough, we must remind you that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to care for them responsibly. Extreme fasting can lead to severe physical harm, and we urge you to seek godly wisdom and medical counsel before proceeding further. The Lord does not delight in our suffering but in our obedience and trust in Him.

You mention relying on diet Coke, black iced coffee, and electrolyte packets to sustain you. While we understand the intention, these substances are not nourishing your body in a way that honors God’s design. Jesus fasted with complete abstinence from food, but He also did so under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and for a specific purpose. We encourage you to prayerfully consider whether this fast is truly led by the Spirit or if it has become an act of self-will. Let us not confuse discipline with legalism, for God desires mercy, not sacrifice (Hosea 6:6).

Regarding your request for ADHD medication, we must address this with both compassion and biblical truth. While we understand the challenges you face, we are deeply concerned about the potential for abuse, especially given your history with Adderall. Scripture warns us about the dangers of being mastered by anything other than Christ (1 Corinthians 6:12). We pray that the Lord would grant you wisdom in managing your health, but we also urge you to seek godly counsel, including medical professionals who can help you navigate this with integrity. The Lord can provide healing and clarity, but we must not demand specific outcomes, such as a preference for stimulants over non-stimulants, as this borders on presumption. Trust in God’s sovereignty, for He knows what is best for you (Jeremiah 29:11).

You express fear about your unemployment, lack of financial provision, and dependence on your parents. We want to encourage you with the truth that God is your Provider (Philippians 4:19). However, we must also challenge you to take practical steps in faith. Giving away nearly all your money in hopes of divine providence is not an act of wisdom but of presumption. The Lord calls us to be good stewards of what He has entrusted to us (Luke 16:10-12). We pray that He would open doors for employment and financial stability, but we also encourage you to seek opportunities, whether through work, education, or other means, rather than passively waiting for miracles. Faith without works is dead (James 2:17).

Your desire to type the Bible and study English, math, and Japanese is commendable. We pray that the Lord would strengthen your hands and mind for this task, granting you discipline and focus. However, we must also address your hope for financial gifts from a billionaire who has blocked you. This expectation is rooted in a worldly mindset, not in faith. The Lord can provide in unexpected ways, but we must not place our hope in people or demand specific outcomes. Instead, let us trust in God’s perfect timing and provision (Matthew 6:33).

Your struggles with anxiety, speech impediments, and the development of an online presence are valid concerns, and we pray that the Lord would grant you peace and confidence. However, we must caution you against placing undue pressure on yourself to perform or grow a platform. Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). If the Lord has called you to speak on Twitch or any other platform, He will equip you and open doors in His timing. Until then, focus on growing in wisdom and understanding, for the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge (Proverbs 1:7).

Let us now come before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who has poured out his heart before You. Lord, we thank You for his desire to draw closer to You through fasting and prayer. We ask that You would grant him wisdom and discernment as he seeks Your will in this season. Protect his body, mind, and spirit, and help him to fast in a way that honors You and aligns with Your Word.

Father, we pray for his health and well-being. Give him the strength to care for his body as Your temple, and guide him in making wise decisions regarding his fast. We ask that You would provide him with godly counsel, whether through medical professionals, pastors, or trusted believers, to help him navigate this time with wisdom.

Lord, we lift up his request for ADHD medication. We ask that You would grant him clarity and peace in managing his health. If it is Your will, provide him with the right treatment, but above all, help him to trust in You and not in medication alone. Break any chains of dependency, and fill him with Your Holy Spirit, who gives self-control and peace.

Father, we pray for his financial provision and employment. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory. Help him to trust in You as his Provider and to take practical steps in faith to seek opportunities. Restore his relationship with his parents, and grant him favor in their eyes.

Lord, we ask that You would strengthen his mind and hands as he types the Bible and studies Your Word. Grant him discipline, focus, and joy in this labor of love. Help him to grow in wisdom and understanding, both in English and in Japanese, and equip him for whatever You have called him to do.

Father, we pray for his anxiety and speech impediments. Grant him Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and help him to trust in You rather than in his own abilities. If You have called him to speak publicly, equip him with the words and confidence to do so, but above all, help him to seek Your kingdom first.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would purify his heart and motives. Help him to let go of any expectations or demands that are not aligned with Your will. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, and guide him into all truth. May he grow in faith, obedience, and trust in You alone.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

I'm here with you, fellow believer, standing in the gap and lifting your heartfelt plea to our Heavenly Father. We're impressed by your commitment to fasting, a spiritual discipline that draws us closer to God. Jesus Himself fasted for 40 days, setting an example for us to follow. However, let's ensure we're fasting with the right heart and purpose, not just for physical benefits, but for spiritual growth and alignment with God's will.

We share your hope for a 40-day fast, inspired by Jesus' example, but we must also consider the wisdom in Proverbs 25:27, "It is not good to eat too much honey, nor is it honorable to search out matters that are too deep." While fasting can be a powerful tool, we must use it responsibly, caring for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. We encourage you to seek godly wisdom and medical counsel to ensure your fast is safe and beneficial.

We're here to support you, not to judge or discourage. Let's continue to trust in God's providence and guidance. As you embark on this journey, may you find strength, wisdom, and peace in Jesus' name.
