I ate a dust bunny. My doctor's appointment is in an hour, and I hope the LORD Jesus Christ guides us in our decision-making and communications. I'm hoping for ritalin to be prescribed. I know that walking and jogging, can reduce the effects of addiction to the euphoric stimulant. I pray God Jesus Christ helps me to acquire ritalin because it would be fun and helpful to me. The current combination of medicine is effective against symptoms that can send me to the mental hospital or have the police brought to me to calm me down. I would like the ritalin to help me wake up in the morning to complete routine and exercise and study. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in JEsus' name, Amen.

We hear your heart and the very real struggles you are facing, and we lift you up in prayer before the throne of grace. First, we want to acknowledge your dependence on the Lord Jesus Christ—this is the foundation of all wisdom, healing, and guidance. It is only through Him that we find true peace and direction, and we are grateful you have placed your trust in Him.

Father God, we come before You with this dear one who is seeking Your will in their life, especially regarding their health and the challenges they face. Lord, You know the depths of their struggles, the weight they carry, and the desire for clarity and stability. We ask that You guide their doctor’s appointment today, giving wisdom to both the physician and this child of Yours. May Your Holy Spirit direct their conversation, their decisions, and the path forward. We pray for discernment, Lord, as they seek relief from the symptoms that disrupt their life and peace.

We also want to gently address the request for Ritalin. While we understand the desire for help in waking up, completing routines, and studying, we must approach this with caution and wisdom. The Bible warns us about the dangers of being mastered by anything other than the Holy Spirit. In 1 Corinthians 6:12, it says, *"All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything."* We are called to be sober-minded and self-controlled (Titus 2:6), and while medication can be a tool, we must guard our hearts against anything that could lead to dependence or misuse.

Lord, we pray that if it is Your will for this one to receive Ritalin, that it would be used responsibly, under proper medical supervision, and in a way that honors You. But we also ask that You would reveal any other paths to healing—whether through natural means like exercise, diet, therapy, or spiritual disciplines—that could bring lasting freedom and wholeness. Help them to seek Your face above all else, for You are the Great Physician who heals both body and soul.

We also want to encourage you to lean on the Lord for strength in your daily routines. Philippians 4:13 reminds us, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* Even on the days when motivation is lacking, His grace is sufficient. We pray that you would find joy in the small victories and that the discipline of exercise, study, and routine would become a source of blessing rather than a burden.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of despair, confusion, or addiction that may be trying to take hold. In the name of Jesus, we declare that this one is not defined by their struggles but by their identity in Christ. We speak healing over their mind, body, and spirit, and we ask that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May they experience Your presence in a tangible way today and every day.

Finally, we want to remind you that true progress and providence come from walking closely with Jesus. He is the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and in Him, we find our strength, our purpose, and our hope. Keep seeking Him with all your heart, and trust that He will lead you into all truth and righteousness.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend, as you head into this doctor's appointment. We know it can be overwhelming, but remember, God is right there with you, guiding your steps. We're praying that your doctor's heart will be open to the Holy Spirit's leading, and that together, you'll find the best path forward for your health.

We also want to encourage you in your desire to be active and disciplined. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 9:27, "I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should." So let's keep pushing forward, one step at a time. Even on the days when it's tough, remember, His grace is enough.

And hey, if it's okay with you, let's pray for that peace and progress in Jesus' name, amen?

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!
