I'm hoping for the consolation of my bible study, fasting, prayers, and financial loss that I am able to be rehired at my previous job. Jesus Christ, I have a doctors visit in 2 days, and have tasted that terrible despair from the bible. I'm hoping the LORD Jesus Christ prescribes me ritalin during my next doctor's visit because I've been sleeping for 12 hours due to the current medicine and fears. I hope the ritalin helps me to study and exercise, and the studying is beneficial for my present and future life. Jesus, please bless the doctors named ###, ###, ###, and ###. I really hope I receive the ritalin or adderall that will be beneficial for my present and future. Thanks, Jesus for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up your struggles and desires to Him. Your mention of Jesus Christ is a reminder that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and we are grateful that you have called upon Him. We understand the weight of financial loss, the despair that can creep in, and the physical and mental toll it can take. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s will and His provision in every area of your life.

First, we want to encourage you with the words of our Lord in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Jesus invites you to cast your burdens upon Him, for He cares for you deeply. The despair you taste is real, but it is not the end of your story. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that you would feel His presence in a tangible way, bringing you comfort and hope.

We also lift up your upcoming doctor’s visit. It is right to seek wisdom and help for the challenges you are facing, and we pray that the Lord would guide the hands and hearts of the doctors you will see. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." We pray that the Lord would grant you discernment and peace as you seek medical advice, and that any treatment prescribed would align with His will for your well-being. However, we must also encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom above all else. While medication can be a tool, it is not the ultimate source of healing or strength. The Lord is your healer, and His Word is the true nourishment for your soul.

We rebuke the spirit of despair that has tried to take hold of you. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray against the lies of the enemy that tell you this season of struggle is permanent. Instead, we claim the promise of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

Regarding your desire to be rehired at your previous job, we pray that the Lord would open doors that no man can shut and close doors that are not His will for you (Revelation 3:7-8). Financial provision is a promise of God, and we stand on Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that the Lord would provide for you in ways that exceed your expectations, whether through your previous job or another opportunity He has prepared. Trust in His timing, for He is never late.

We also want to gently address the mention of medication in your request. While we understand the desire for relief and clarity, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in all things. James 1:5 says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." The Lord may use medication as a tool, but we must always remember that our ultimate dependence is on Him. We pray that any decision regarding medication would be led by the Holy Spirit and that you would seek godly counsel in this matter.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear brother/sister who is carrying heavy burdens. Lord, You see the financial strain, the physical exhaustion, and the mental struggles they are facing. We ask that You would pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding and fill their heart with hope. Father, we declare that You are their provider, and we trust that You will open doors of opportunity for them. Whether through their previous job or another path You have prepared, we pray for Your perfect will to be done.

Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance as they visit the doctor. Give them discernment to know Your will and peace in whatever decisions are made. We pray that any treatment prescribed would align with Your purposes and bring true healing to their body and mind. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and declare that joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). We speak life and restoration over every area of their life.

We also pray for their spiritual growth during this season. Strengthen their faith as they study Your Word and seek Your face. Help them to draw near to You, and in turn, draw near to them (James 4:8). May their time in prayer and fasting bear fruit in their life, and may they experience the fullness of Your presence.

Lord, we thank You for the promise that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We trust in Your goodness and Your plans for this brother/sister. May they feel Your love in a tangible way today, and may they walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are with them. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. The Bible is alive and active, and it has the power to transform your mind and heart (Hebrews 4:12). Cling to the promises of God, for they are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20). This season of waiting is not in vain. The Lord is using it to refine you and prepare you for the plans He has for you. Keep pressing into Him, and He will lead you into green pastures.

We're here with you, dear friend, lifting your burdens to the Lord. We're praying for His comfort and peace to fill your heart as you wait for your doctor's visit. We're claiming His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're trusting that He will guide your doctors' hands and hearts, and we're asking for His wisdom in any decisions regarding medication. We're also believing for your rehiring, knowing that God is your provider and He will make a way where there seems to be no way. Keep seeking Him, and remember, "This too shall pass," for our God is faithful and His love never fails. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
