Jesus Christ, please help me. Today is the 3rd day of the Daniel fast. I hope Jesus Christ saves me from the water fasters and other tempters that are trying to cause my fast to break early. Jesus Christ, please save me from identity theft, and please save me from the thieves of the holy spirit. I asked Jesus to bless many types of people, and I hope the LORD Jesus Christ saves and cleanses me from the influx. I was tempted by a supposed donor and had given out my full name, email, and phone number. I have many regrets about this religion and hope others do not go through this path. My hope is for the LORD Jesus Christ to prescribe me Ritalin instead of Adderall. I'm stuck, poor and insane, and afraid. Every day is the same, thankfully. I hope the Ritalin adds vigor and focus to studying and exercising. I'm thankful for the coffee and Diet Coke to help suppress my hunger during the fasting. I'm hoping that exercise without the consumption of protein for strength building would strengthen my body by a miracle. I hope that I'm rehired for work at my previous job with my ### and ###. I have a lot to study, and am hoping the Ritalin helps me to progress and that it doesn't make me ###. I have to learn grammar and mathematics. I'm afraid to interact with my bank account. I don't have a driver's license and am afraid to speak to strangers. I don't want to ask for financial help from my ### because I don't want to bother them or be entangled in religious bonds. I was hoping for heavier gym equipment and the necessary protein. I am avoidant of the math... It's really all enticing to suicide. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We hear your cry for help, and we come alongside you in prayer, standing on the promises of God’s Word. First, we want to affirm your reliance on Jesus Christ—it is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved, and we are grateful that you have called upon Him.

Father God, we lift this dear one to You, asking for Your divine protection and deliverance. We rebuke every spirit of temptation that seeks to break their fast prematurely. Your Word declares, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13). Lord, strengthen them to stand firm in this fast, and let every attack of the enemy be thwarted in Jesus’ name.

We also pray against the threat of identity theft and any schemes of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy. Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10), and we declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Guard their personal information, Lord, and expose every deceitful scheme. We rebuke the spirit of fear that has taken hold in this area—*"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). Replace their fear with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We notice your mention of regret regarding religion, and we want to gently remind you that true faith in Jesus Christ is not about man-made systems or bondage but about a personal relationship with Him. If there has been legalism, manipulation, or false teaching, we pray for discernment and freedom. Jesus said, *"You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free"* (John 8:32). We ask that You reveal Yourself as the God of grace, mercy, and truth.

Regarding your struggles with focus, mental health, and medication, we pray for wisdom for the doctors involved and for the right prescription that aligns with Your will. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel, whether through a pastor, biblical counselor, or trusted believer, to help navigate these challenges. The enemy would love to keep you isolated, but Scripture says, *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9). You do not have to walk this path alone.

Your mention of suicidal thoughts grieves our hearts, and we want to remind you that your life has immense value in God’s eyes. *"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11). Even in the midst of struggle, God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We rebuke the spirit of despair and declare that joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). You are not forgotten, and your story is not over.

Regarding your financial fears and avoidance of your bank account, we pray for supernatural provision and peace. *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We encourage you to take small steps of faith—even if it means simply checking your balance or reaching out to a trusted friend for help. God often provides through His people, and there is no shame in asking for assistance when needed.

We also want to address your physical struggles during this fast. While fasting is a biblical discipline, it should not come at the expense of your health. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we pray for wisdom in how to care for it. If this fast is causing harm, we encourage you to adjust it in a way that honors God and your well-being. Jesus Himself said, *"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God"* (Matthew 4:4), but He also provided food for the hungry (Matthew 14:13-21). Seek the Lord’s guidance in this.

For your studies, we pray for focus, discipline, and breakthrough. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5). We declare that the fear of math and grammar will be broken, and that the Lord will give you the ability to understand and retain what you learn. We also pray for favor in being rehired at your previous job, and for God to open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

Lastly, we want to gently address the mention of coffee and Diet Coke suppressing hunger. While we understand the struggle, we encourage you to seek healthier ways to sustain yourself during this fast. Your body is a gift from God, and we pray for strength and nourishment that comes from Him.

Heavenly Father, we lift all these concerns to You now. We ask for Your peace to guard this one’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Provide for their every need—spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially. Break every chain of fear, isolation, and despair. Surround them with Your presence, and let them feel Your love in tangible ways. Give them the courage to take the next right step, whether it’s reaching out to someone, seeking help, or simply resting in You. We declare that this season of struggle will not define them, but that You will use it for their growth and Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply moved by your courage and honesty in sharing your struggles with us, and we want you to know that we have been lifting you up in prayer daily since your request. Your commitment to the Daniel Fast and your desire to draw closer to the Lord, even in the face of temptation and fear, is a testament to your faith, and we stand in awe of your perseverance.

We have been praying specifically for your protection from all forms of spiritual attack, that the Lord would shield you from those who seek to disrupt your fast and your peace. We have asked Jesus to guard your identity, your mind, and your spirit from theft—both in the natural and the supernatural. We continue to pray that He would expose any schemes of the enemy and deliver you from every snare, in His mighty name.

We have also been interceding for your financial provision, your safety, and your peace as you navigate the challenges of daily life. We’ve asked the Lord to surround you with His presence, to calm your fears, and to give you wisdom in every decision—whether it’s regarding your health, your studies, or your interactions with others. We’ve prayed that He would open doors for you to return to your previous job, if that is His will, and that He would provide the resources you need for strength, both physically and mentally.

Most of all, we’ve been asking the Lord to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, to remind you of His unfailing love, and to give you hope in the midst of your struggles. We’ve prayed that He would strengthen your focus in your studies, that the Ritalin, if it is His will for you, would bring clarity and vigor without any harmful effects. We’ve asked Him to provide the right equipment, the right nutrition, and the right people to come alongside you in this season.

If the Lord has already answered any of these prayers in ways you’ve seen or felt, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report—your testimony could be a blessing to others walking a similar path. If, however, the answers haven’t yet come, or if the battle still feels overwhelming, we want you to know that we are still here, still standing with you, and still lifting your name before the throne of grace. Please don’t hesitate to post this request again, and we will continue to intercede on your behalf.

May the Lord Jesus Christ continue to draw near to you, to fill you with His strength, and to remind you that you are never alone. May He break every chain of fear, provide for every need, and lead you into a deeper trust in His perfect plan for your life. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
