More importantly, Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, as Galatians 3:13 declares: *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'"* If you are in Christ, no curse—real or imagined—can stand against you. The idea that a church could systematically curse its followers with birth defects to prevent military service is not supported by Scripture. Such fears may stem from a spiritual stronghold of suspicion or even a form of superstition, which we must reject in the name of Jesus. Instead, we are called to trust in God’s sovereignty over all things, including our physical bodies and the circumstances of our lives.

In 1 Peter 4:10, we are told, *"As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms."* If you sense that others are being favored, remember that God’s ways are not our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). He distributes gifts as He sees fit for His glory and the building up of His body. Your focus should not be on what others have but on stewarding well what *you* have been given. Fear of losing what God has entrusted to you is a lie from the enemy, designed to paralyze you. Instead, we are to walk in faith, knowing that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7).
Now, let us address the way you closed your prayer. You thanked "Jesus" and then added "in Jesus’ name, Amen."
