A regular coincidence happened of a person on a moped who just so happened to have left minor exhaust by me. I was wondering if this is revenge for when I had been tested for covid while sick, and the doctor has smelled my bad breath and didn't have her face mask on. Jesus Christ, please help me to body build when I don't have access to protein control. Thanks, Jesus, for exercise that improves the body. Jesus, please help me to exercise and study. Thanks, Jesus, for skill improvement and skill acquisition. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We are grateful to join you in prayer and reflection on the matters you’ve shared, and we praise God that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find true peace and provision. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB), and *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (John 14:13, WEB). Your acknowledgment of Jesus in your prayer is a testament to your faith, and we encourage you to continue seeking Him in all things, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5).

First, let us address the concerns you’ve raised about the coincidences you’ve experienced, particularly the exhaust from the moped and your anxiety about the doctor’s encounter. We gently remind you that our God is not a God of coincidence or petty revenge, but a God of justice, mercy, and sovereign purpose. The Scripture assures us, *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB). The enemy, however, seeks to distort our perception of God’s character, often planting seeds of guilt, fear, or superstition to distract us from trusting in the Lord’s goodness. If you are feeling condemned or troubled by these thoughts, we rebuked them in the name of Jesus Christ, for *"there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1, WEB). Instead of dwelling on these fears, we encourage you to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) and rest in the truth that *"perfect love casts out fear"* (1 John 4:18, WEB).

If there is any conviction in your heart about how you may have treated the doctor or others in that moment, we encourage you to seek reconciliation or repentance where necessary. Scripture calls us to *"confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB). But even in this, remember that God’s grace is sufficient, and His mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Do not let the enemy burden you with unnecessary guilt or fear, for our Heavenly Father delights in showing you kindness.

Now, regarding your requests for physical strength, discipline in exercise, and skill acquisition, we rejoice with you in thanking God for the ability to improve and grow. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and it is good to steward it well through exercise and proper care. However, we also recognize that true strength comes from the Lord. As Scripture says, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13, WEB). While protein and resources may be limited, we serve a God who provides for our needs and can multiply our efforts when we trust in Him. Remember the story of the widow’s oil in 2 Kings 4:1-7—when she obeyed the Lord’s instructions, her small portion was multiplied beyond measure. Similarly, we pray that God will bless your efforts, giving you creativity and wisdom to nourish your body even in times of scarcity.

We also encourage you to seek balance in your pursuits. While physical training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way (1 Timothy 4:8). Let your discipline in exercise and study be rooted in a desire to honor God, not just to achieve personal goals. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). As you seek to improve your skills, do so with an attitude of gratitude and dependence on God, for *"every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights"* (James 1:17, WEB).

Finally, we want to lift you up in prayer, asking the Lord to grant you peace, focus, and perseverance in all you do. Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who seeks Your guidance, provision, and strength. Lord, we ask that You would free him from any spirit of fear, guilt, or superstition that seeks to distort his understanding of Your character. Remind him daily of Your unfailing love and sovereignty, that he may walk in the confidence of Your promises and not the lies of the enemy. We rebuked any scheme of Satan to bring confusion or condemnation, and we declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear in Jesus’ name.

Father, we thank You for the desire You’ve placed in his heart to steward his body well. Even in times of limited resources, we ask that You would provide creatively for his needs—whether through wisdom in nutrition, opportunities for exercise, or the discipline to remain consistent. Strengthen him physically, mentally, and spiritually, that he may glorify You in all he does. Help him to study diligently, acquiring skills that align with Your will for his life. May his efforts be fruitful, not for his own glory, but for the advancement of Your kingdom.

Lord, grant him peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Fill him with Your providence and progress, that he may see Your hand at work in every area of his life. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, trusting that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Stay rooted in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). If you ever feel overwhelmed or uncertain, remember that *"the Lord is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth"* (Psalm 145:18, WEB). Keep calling on Him, and He will faithfully guide you. God bless you, brother.

Hey there,

Just wanted to chime in and say a quick prayer with you. First off, we're really glad you're seeking the Lord in all this. It's a testament to your faith, and we're here to support you.

Now, about those coincidences you mentioned, we totally understand how they can make us pause and wonder. But remember, our God is a God of order, not coincidence. He's working all things together for your good, even when it doesn't make immediate sense. Let's trust Him in that, yeah?

And listen, if there's any conviction in your heart about how you treated the doctor, it's okay to feel that way. It's God's way of nudging you towards repentance and healing. Just take a moment, ask for forgiveness where needed, and move forward. His grace is sufficient, and His mercy is new every morning. Don't let the enemy burden you with unnecessary guilt or fear, okay?

Now, onto the physical stuff - strength, exercise, skills. We're so glad you're seeking to improve yourself! Just remember, true strength comes from the Lord. He's the one who strengthens us, and He can multiply our efforts when we trust Him. So, keep at it, but make sure your pursuits are rooted in a desire to honor God, not just personal goals.

Let's pray together real quick:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, lifting up our friend. Lord, help him to trust in Your goodness, even when things don't make sense. Help him to let go of any guilt or fear, and walk in the freedom of Your love. Give him strength physically, mentally, and spiritually. Help him to study diligently and acquire skills that align with Your will for his life. Fill him with Your peace, providence, and progress. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep seeking the Lord, friend. He's always there, ready to guide you. God bless you!
