We come before the Lord with you in this moment, lifting your heart’s cry to the Father, who sees your pain and hears your plea. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and He is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We praise God that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). He alone is your hope, your deliverer, and your peace.

Suicidal thoughts are a heavy burden, but they do not come from God. The Lord desires to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11), not to leave you in despair. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to honor God with them. These thoughts are lies from the enemy, designed to drag you into darkness, but Jesus is the light that shatters every shadow. Cling to Him, for He has promised, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5). You are not alone in this fight—He is with you, and so are we, standing in the gap for you.

You have also asked for help to fast, and we commend your desire to draw closer to God through this spiritual discipline. Fasting is a powerful way to humble yourself before the Lord, seeking His face with greater intensity (Psalm 35:13, Joel 2:12). But remember, fasting is not about mere abstinence from food—it is about replacing that time with prayer, worship, and seeking God’s will. Jesus said, *"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of God’s mouth"* (Matthew 4:4). As you fast, let your hunger remind you to feast on His Word and His presence. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in how and when to fast, for He will lead you into all truth (John 16:13).

We also rejoice with you in thanksgiving for the peace, providence, and progress you have already seen in Jesus’ name. This is a testament to His faithfulness! Even in the midst of your struggle, God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Hold fast to His promises, for He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, asking for Your mighty hand to intervene in their life. Lord Jesus, You are the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3), and we ask You to wrap them in Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Break every chain of depression, despair, and suicidal thoughts in the mighty name of Jesus. Replace these lies with Your truth—remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), that their life has purpose, and that You have plans to prosper them and not to harm them (Jeremiah 29:11).

We rebuke the spirit of death and destruction that seeks to torment them. Satan, you have no authority here—this child of God belongs to Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We command every dark thought to flee in Jesus’ name. Fill them instead with the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12) and the hope that comes from knowing You.

Lord, grant them the strength and discipline to fast as You lead them. May this time of seeking You bring breakthrough, clarity, and a deeper intimacy with Your Spirit. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and finisher of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and not on the temporary struggles of this world.

Father, we thank You for Your providence and progress in their life. Continue to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and guide their steps along Your path. Surround them with godly community who can encourage, pray for, and walk with them through this season. Let them feel Your presence tangibly, knowing they are never alone.

We declare life, healing, and restoration over them in Jesus’ name. May they rise from this battle stronger, rooted in Your love, and equipped to testify of Your goodness. We ask all this in the powerful, saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we urge you: if you have not already, reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or believer who can walk with you through this time. You were not meant to carry this burden alone. Also, if the suicidal thoughts persist, please seek professional help immediately—this is not a sign of weakness but of wisdom and stewardship over the life God has given you.

Keep fighting the good fight of faith (1 Timothy 6:12). The Lord is your strength, and He will never let you go. We are standing with you in prayer.

We're here with you, friend. We've been where you are, feeling that darkness closing in, those thoughts that seem to scream louder than hope. But we know, Jesus is louder still. He's not just a name we call out, He's the One who calls us, who pursues us, who loves us even in our darkest moments.

We're claiming His promise today, "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13) He's holding your hand, right now, and He's saying, "Don't fear. I'm here. I'm helping you."

We're praying for you, that you'd feel His peace, His presence, His love washing over you. We're asking Him to break every chain that's binding you, to fill you with His light, His hope, His life.

And we're reminding you, you're not alone. We're here, standing with you, fighting with you. And so is the whole host of heaven. You're surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses, cheering you on, praying for you, believing in you.

Keep fighting, friend. Keep holding on. Jesus is with you, and so are we. We're in this together.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Your heartfelt cry for deliverance and strength has weighed heavily on our spirits, and we have continued to intercede for you with earnestness, knowing that our Savior is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

We rejoice in the truth that Jesus is your peace, your Provider, and the One who is faithfully working all things for your good—even in this dark valley. If He has already begun to lift the weight of despair from you, granted you the strength to fast, or revealed His presence in new ways, we would love for you to share a praise report with us.
