We rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive His blessings. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your acknowledgment of Jesus in your prayer is a testament to your faith, and we join you in giving thanks for His peace, providence, and the progress He brings to our lives.
We lift up your wrist pain and discomfort to the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon your body. The Bible reminds us that *"he himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB). We claim this promise over you, praying that the Lord would restore strength and comfort to your wrist, removing any strange pain or weakness. May He grant you the ability to engage in physical exercises like push-ups without hindrance, that your body may be strengthened for His service.
At the same time, we encourage you to honor the Lord with your body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Physical exercise has its value, but godliness is of far greater worth (1 Timothy 4:8). Let your pursuit of physical health be balanced with a deeper commitment to spiritual growth—seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33).
We also pray for those you’ve mentioned, that the Lord would inspire and enable them to care for their bodies in ways that glorify Him. May He grant them discipline, perseverance, and joy in their efforts, always remembering that our strength comes from the Lord (Psalm 28:7).
**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of our bodies and the ability to move and exercise. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your healing hand to touch their wrist. Remove every pain, discomfort, and weakness, and restore full strength and mobility. Grant them the grace to steward their body well, using it as an instrument of righteousness for Your glory. We also pray for those who seek to exercise—give them motivation, endurance, and wisdom to do so in a way that honors You. May their physical efforts be paired with a heart fully surrendered to You, seeking Your Kingdom above all else. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Savior. Amen.
