Jesus Christ, please help me! I went for a 1.7 to 2-mile walk and saw the world with high hopes. The street lights were bright, and I was in a good mood. I was telling myself that exercise has to be done at the height of the medication's sedation for it to have the most effect. After I passed the second street light, my mood started to dissipate. I'm not sure if it's a local revenge for having stolen 1 thing during 6th-grade summer school, and someone stole my good mood. Jesus Christ, I believe it's because I didn't say Praise the Lord to those strangers, or it's because the red lights triggered my post-traumatic stress disorder, and then the good mood went away. Jesus Christ, I even said that George Washington's inaugural speech is about us being all the president and that each person should have the Constitution and the holy bible. Jesus Christ, I thought I was possessed by a person from school, and had thought it was strange that Azur Lane had a put look-alike of Lana from school, and then my Azur Lane account had disappeared. Jesus Christ, maybe it's because I had written the American and Japanese constitutions that my good mood was revoked. On the same pathway, I previously mentioned holocaust and massacring the Filipinos. Around that area, someone told me "Hell, yeah" and it's probably because I don't have a shirt on and have more than shoulder-length hair. I hope Jesus Christ saves me from having read the United States' simple sabotage field manual that was in a free digital library. Sometimes I have thoughts about shooting these people and vocalize them. I think I'm supposed to be as quiet as possible, I have the fear that something else is being said when I speak than what I am saying. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We lift you up in prayer, brother, for the heavy burdens you carry and the turmoil in your mind and spirit. It is clear that you are wrestling with deep struggles—fear, guilt, confusion, and even tormenting thoughts that do not align with the peace and soundness of mind Christ offers His children. Let us first affirm what is true: **Jesus Christ is your Savior, your Redeemer, and your only true source of peace.** You called upon His name in this request, and that is good, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Cling to Him, for He alone can break the chains of condemnation, fear, and the accusations that plague you.

Your mind seems to be a battlefield, and we recognize that some of the thoughts you describe are not from God but from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). The accusations you feel—whether about past sins, strange coincidences, or fears of possession—are not the voice of the Holy Spirit, who convicts with love and leads to repentance, not despair. **The blood of Jesus cleanses you from all sin (1 John 1:7), and if you have repented, your past sins are forgiven and remembered no more by God (Hebrews 8:12).** You do not need to carry the weight of guilt for things you did in 6th grade or any other time if you have turned to Christ. His mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).

However, we must address something with urgency: **the violent and harmful thoughts you mentioned—thoughts of shooting people or vocalizing such things—are not from God.** These are dangerous and must be resisted with the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). If you have not already, we strongly urge you to seek immediate help from a **biblically grounded counselor or pastor** who can walk with you through these struggles. If these thoughts persist, you must also speak with a trusted believer or mental health professional to ensure your safety and the safety of others. **Do not ignore this.** The Bible tells us to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5), and this includes dark, intrusive, or violent thoughts. You are not helpless—Jesus is with you, and He will strengthen you to overcome.

We also notice that your mind is filled with many distractions—references to games, historical documents, and even conspiracy-like thoughts. While it is good to be informed, **we must fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), not on the things of this world that can lead to fear and confusion.** The Bible warns us not to be conformed to this world but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2). If certain media, games, or even historical readings are feeding your anxiety or dark thoughts, it may be wise to fast from them for a season and fill your mind with Scripture instead.

Regarding your walk and the sudden shift in mood, we understand how discouraging that can feel. But **your worth and joy are not dependent on your emotions or circumstances—they are rooted in Christ alone.** The enemy will often attack when we are seeking to do good (like exercising for health), but we must not let him steal our peace. When you feel your mood shifting, **speak the name of Jesus aloud. Declare His truth over your mind.** Sing a hymn or worship song. Recite Scripture. The psalmist says, *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence"* (Psalm 42:5).

Lastly, we must address the fear you mentioned about speaking—**the fear that something else is being said when you talk.** This is a lie from the enemy to isolate you and make you afraid of fellowship. God did not give us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). If you are struggling with this, we encourage you to pray for boldness (Acts 4:29) and to surround yourself with other believers who can speak life into you.

---
**Let us pray for you now:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is clearly in the midst of a fierce battle. Lord, we ask that You would **silence the voice of the accuser** and replace his lies with Your truth. Remind him that **he is forgiven, redeemed, and set free** by the blood of Jesus. Break every chain of guilt, fear, and confusion that has bound his mind.

Lord, we rebuke every **dark thought, violent imagination, and tormenting spirit** in Jesus’ name. We declare that **no weapon formed against him shall prosper** (Isaiah 54:17) and that **his mind is being renewed by Your Word.** Give him discernment to recognize the enemy’s schemes and the strength to resist them.

Father, we ask for **divine peace** to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). When his mood shifts, when fear rises, when the enemy whispers lies, **let him hear Your voice above all else.** Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, who is his Comforter and Guide.

We pray for **godly wisdom** in what he consumes—whether media, games, or readings. If there is anything feeding his anxiety or dark thoughts, reveal it to him and give him the courage to let it go. **Let him hunger and thirst for Your Word above all else.**

Lord, we also ask that You would **surround him with brothers and sisters in Christ** who can support him, pray with him, and speak Your truth into his life. If he needs professional help, lead him to the right person—someone who will point him to You.

Finally, Father, **protect him from the enemy’s attacks.** Cover him with Your feathers, and let him find refuge under Your wings (Psalm 91:4). Restore his joy, renew his strength, and let him walk in the freedom You purchased for him on the cross.

We ask all this in the **powerful, victorious name of Jesus Christ**, our Lord and Savior. **Amen.**

---
Brother, we urge you to **immerse yourself in Scripture daily.** Start with Psalm 91, Philippians 4, and 2 Corinthians 10. **Memorize verses that combat fear and condemnation.** If you do not have a Bible-believing church family, seek one out—**you are not meant to walk this path alone.**

If the violent thoughts persist, **do not hesitate to reach out for help immediately.** You are loved, you are valued, and **Jesus is fighting for you.** Keep calling on His name. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Stay in prayer, stay in the Word, and **trust that God is working all things for your good (Romans 8:28).** We are standing with you in this battle. **You are not alone.**

I wonder if there's a curse from having the Down syndrome person dance a song at the school gym when we're all on the stairs at high school. I Believe that God would have made school more serious if I had more aggressive reading of the dictionary and Holy Bible instead of relying on leisurely technology in high school.

Dear friend,

We're here with you, praying and believing in Jesus' name for your peace and healing. We understand that you're going through a tough time, and we want you to know that you're not alone.

As you walk, remember that your worth and joy are not dependent on your emotions or circumstances. They are rooted in Christ alone. When your mood shifts or fear rises, speak Jesus' name aloud, declare His truth over your mind, sing a hymn, or recite Scripture. The psalmist says, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God; for I shall still praise him, for the saving help of his presence." (Psalm 42:5)

We also want to encourage you to seek help from a biblical counselor or pastor. If the violent thoughts persist, please reach out to a trusted believer or mental health professional immediately. You are not helpless; Jesus is with you, and He will strengthen you to overcome.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend who is struggling. Lord, we ask that You would silence the voice of the accuser and replace his lies with Your truth. Remind him that he is forgiven, redeemed, and set free by the blood of Jesus. Break every chain of guilt, fear, and confusion that has bound his mind.

Lord, we rebuke every dark thought, violent imagination, and tormenting spirit in Jesus' name. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and that his mind is being renewed by Your Word. Give him discernment to recognize the enemy's schemes and the strength to resist them.

We pray for godly wisdom in what he consumes, whether media, games, or readings. If there is anything feeding his anxiety or dark thoughts, reveal it to him and give him the courage to let it go. Let him hunger and thirst for Your Word above all else.

Lord, we also ask that You would surround him with brothers and sisters in Christ who can support him, pray with him, and speak Your truth into his life. If he needs professional help, lead him to the right person—someone who will point him to You.

Please keep trusting in Jesus. He is fighting for you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. You are loved, valued, and not alone. Keep calling on His name and stay in prayer and in the Word.

With love and prayers,
