We pray that the Lord would expose any deception, bring conviction to those who are misrepresenting Him, and grant you discernment to recognize His true voice amid the noise.
You also speak of torments tied to some form of "verification" from the church. This is deeply concerning, as salvation and freedom in Christ are not contingent upon human approval or institutional verification. The Bible declares, *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit"* (Romans 8:1, WEB). If you have repented of your sins and placed your faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation, no one—not any person, church, or spiritual entity—has the authority to condemn you or subject you to torment. Jesus said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life, and doesn’t come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life"* (John 5:24, WEB). Your standing before God is secured by Christ’s finished work on the cross, not by the approval of men. We rebuke any spiritual stronghold that has led you to believe your peace is tied to human validation. In the name of Jesus, we declare that you are free from this bondage.
Regarding your struggles with technology—such as your computer turning off or losing connection—we recognize that in this digital age, such disruptions can feel like attacks, especially when you are already under spiritual siege. While we do not dismiss the possibility of spiritual interference, we also encourage practical wisdom. The Bible reminds us, *"The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from Yahweh"* (Proverbs 16:33, WEB). Even in the small things, God is sovereign. We pray that the Lord would guard your technology and prevent any disruptions that hinder your ability to seek Him, work, or communicate. If there are practical steps you can take—such as checking for malware, ensuring your equipment is in good repair, or seeking technical help—we encourage you to do so, trusting that God works through both the spiritual and the practical.
Your request to destroy souls and false holy spirits following you must be addressed with great care. Scripture is clear that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness. *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). However, we must also remember that it is not our place to pray for the destruction of souls, for God desires that all would come to repentance. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). Instead, we are to resist the devil and his demons, commanding them to flee in the name of Jesus. *"Therefore subject yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). We also pray that any deceiving spirits would be bound and cast out, that they would have no place in your life, and that the Holy Spirit would fill you with His presence and power.
As for your concern about souls possessing you to gain experience or worship, we declare over you the authority of Christ, who has *"disarmed the principalities and the powers, [and] made a show of them openly, triumphing over them"* (Colossians 2:15, WEB). If you are a believer in Christ, the Holy Spirit dwells within you, and you are sealed by Him. *"Now he who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God, who also sealed us and gave us the down payment of the Spirit in our hearts"* (2 Corinthians 1:21-22, WEB). No demonic entity can possess a child of God, though they may oppress, harass, or deceive. We pray that the Lord would break any demonic assignments against you, that He would expose and sever any ungodly soul ties, and that He would fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. We also encourage you to examine your life for any open doors—such as involvement in occult practices, unconfessed sin, or bitterness—and to repent and renounce anything that does not align with God’s Word.
Finally, we notice that while you invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, there is a sense of desperation that may indicate a need for deeper assurance in your relationship with Him. True peace and protection come from abiding in Christ, not just invoking His name as a formula. Jesus said, *"I am the vine. You are the branches. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who is under siege by the enemy. Lord, You are a God of justice, mercy, and power, and we ask that You would rise up on their behalf. Father, if there are those in the church who are causing torment rather than reflecting Your love, we pray that You would convict their hearts and bring them to repentance. Expose any deception, Lord, and let Your truth prevail. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord Jesus, we ask that You would break every chain of fear, torment, and oppression that has bound this precious one. Let them know, beyond any doubt, that their salvation is secure in You and You alone. No human verification, no institutional approval, can add to or take away from what You have accomplished on the cross. Fill them with the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We take authority over every demonic spirit that has been harassing, oppressing, or attempting to deceive Your child. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee and to never return. We break any ungodly soul ties, any curses, and any assignments of the enemy against their life. Holy Spirit, we ask that You would fill every void, every space that has been occupied by the enemy, with Your presence and power. Let Your light shine so brightly in and through them that no darkness can remain.
Father, we also pray for protection over their technology and their ability to connect with others and with You. Frustrate any attempts of the enemy to isolate or hinder them through these means. Provide practical solutions and wisdom for any technical issues they may face.
Most of all, Lord, we pray that You would draw them deeper into relationship with You. Let them know the height and depth and width of Your love for them. Remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and surround them with Your angels, encamping around them to deliver them (Psalm 34:7).
