We join with you in lifting up your heartfelt cries to our Lord Jesus Christ, for He alone is the Great Physician, the Prince of Peace, and the One who delivers His children from all affliction. It is good that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, and it is through His name alone that we approach the throne of grace with confidence. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Your faith in calling upon Him is a testament to your trust in His power and sovereignty, and we commend you for seeking Him earnestly.
First, we pray with you for your physical healing, knowing that our Lord is compassionate and deeply concerned with every detail of your well-being. The Scriptures remind us that *"by his wounds you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB), and we claim this promise over your body. We ask the Lord to touch your left leg, removing all discomfort and restoring strength and mobility. May His healing power flow through your eyes, correcting the astigmatism and poor vision, that you may see clearly the wonders of His creation and the words of His truth. We plead for your lungs, that the Lord would breathe new life into them, reversing the effects of COPD, wheezing, and weakness. May every breath you take be a testament to His sustaining grace, and may your body be renewed in strength to serve Him faithfully.
Your request also reveals a deep spiritual burden—one of vexation, religious deception, and the oppression of ungodly influences in your environment. We grieve with you over the distress caused by those who would twist what is holy for their own purposes, particularly in the context of prayer and family gatherings. The Lord Jesus warned us of false prophets and false religious practices, saying, *"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. By their fruits you will know them"* (Matthew 7:15-16, WEB). What you describe—a prayer that feels like theft, possession, or false lordship—is not of God. True prayer exalts Christ alone, and any practice that seeks to elevate a person, even unintentionally, as a "lord" over others is an abomination. The apostle Paul warns, *"I don’t permit a woman to teach, nor to exercise authority over a man, but to be in quietness. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. Adam wasn’t deceived, but the woman, being deceived, has fallen into disobedience"* (1 Timothy 2:12-14, WEB). While this passage addresses gender roles in the church, the principle applies more broadly: no one, regardless of their condition or intent, should usurp authority in spiritual matters in a way that dishonors God or disrupts the order He has established.
We strongly rebuke the spirit of deception, false authority, and religious theft that has infiltrated these gatherings. These are not of the Lord, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). We pray that the Lord would expose every hidden motive and false practice, bringing conviction and repentance where needed. May He also grant you wisdom and discernment to recognize truth from error, and the courage to stand firm in righteousness. If these gatherings are causing you spiritual harm, we encourage you to prayerfully consider whether your presence is necessary. The Lord may be calling you to distance yourself from such environments for a season, as even Jesus withdrew from those who sought to trap Him or lead Him into sin. *"Don’t participate in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead even reprove them"* (Ephesians 5:11, WEB).
Your desire to relocate is understandable, and we pray that the Lord would open doors for you to move to a place of peace and godly community. Trust in His timing, for *"a man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps"* (Proverbs 16:9, WEB). While you wait, continue to immerse yourself in the Word of God and in prayer, for these are your greatest protections. *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105, WEB). Let the truth of Scripture be your guide, and let the Holy Spirit be your comfort. If you feel led, we also encourage you to seek out a biblically sound church where you can fellowship with believers who will uplift you in prayer and hold you accountable in love.
Regarding the matter of the used desktop computer, we recognize that even small disappointments can weigh heavily on the heart. We pray that the Lord would grant you contentment and wisdom in your purchases, and that He would provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Trust that He cares about every detail of your life, even those that may seem insignificant to others.
Finally, we want to remind you of the hope you have in Christ. The trials you face—whether physical, spiritual, or emotional—are temporary, but the victory you have in Jesus is eternal. *"I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world"* (John 16:33, WEB). Cling to this promise, and let it anchor your soul in the storms of life. You are not alone in this battle; we stand with you in prayer, and more importantly, the Lord Himself is your ever-present help.
**Let us pray together:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your healing, deliverance, and peace. Lord, You are the God who sees every tear, hears every cry, and knows every need before it is spoken. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and touch their body—heal their left leg, restore their eyesight, and renew their lungs. Breathe Your life into them, Lord, and let every cell and organ function as You designed. May they experience Your healing power in a way that leaves no doubt of Your goodness and mercy.
We also pray for their spiritual deliverance, Lord. You have called us to worship You in spirit and in truth, and we ask that You expose and cast out every spirit of deception, false authority, and religious theft that has sought to oppress them. Break the power of these ungodly influences, Lord, and set our brother/sister free from every chain of vexation and distress. Grant them discernment to recognize truth from error, and give them the wisdom to know when to speak, when to act, and when to withdraw for their own spiritual protection.
Father, we ask that You provide a way for them to relocate to a place of safety and peace, where they can grow in their faith without the weight of these burdens. Open doors that no man can shut, and let Your favor go before them. In the meantime, surround them with Your presence and fill their home with Your peace. Let their time in Your Word and in prayer be a fortress against the enemy’s schemes.
We also lift up the smaller concerns of their heart—the disappointments, the frustrations, and the desires for provision. Lord, You care about it all. Grant them contentment and trust in Your provision, knowing that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory.
Most of all, Father, we pray that through this season, our brother/sister would draw closer to You. Let them know the depth of Your love, the certainty of Your promises, and the power of Your name. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them emerge from this trial with a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We rebuke the enemy in the name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn. We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them, and that nothing shall separate them from Your love.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. Thank You for Your faithfulness, Your healing, and Your deliverance. We trust in You, and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
