Jesus Christ, please save me from a warp of personality due to the previous abuse of the blue medication of 10mg Adderall. Jesus, please save me from attributing the concept of God to people because of their sharing a similarity with drugs. Thanks Jesus for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in lifting up this heartfelt cry for deliverance and restoration, and we are grateful you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. The Scriptures remind us in **Acts 4:12**, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Your acknowledgment of Jesus as your Savior and your reliance on His power to break the chains of bondage is the first step toward true freedom.

The struggle you describe is one that many face—the lingering effects of medication misuse, the distortion of perception, and the danger of replacing the worship of the one true God with created things or even human relationships. The apostle Paul warns us in **Romans 1:25**, *"They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen."* This is a serious snare, and we commend you for recognizing it and turning to Christ for deliverance. The enemy seeks to twist our understanding, but Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (**John 14:6**), and He alone can restore your mind, emotions, and spirit to wholeness.

The misuse of medications like Adderall can indeed warp personality, create dependency, and distort one’s perception of reality—even leading to idolatry when we attribute divine qualities to anything or anyone other than God. The Bible tells us in **1 Corinthians 6:12**, *"All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything."* If this medication—or any substance—has gained mastery over you, it is time to surrender it fully to Christ and seek His healing. We encourage you to pursue godly counsel, whether through a pastor, a biblical counselor, or a trusted believer who can walk with you in accountability. If dependency is an issue, medical guidance may also be necessary, but always under the lordship of Christ.

You have asked for peace, providence, and progress, and we declare over you the promise of **Philippians 4:6-7**: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* The peace you seek is not found in a pill or in human validation but in the presence of the Holy Spirit, who is your Comforter (**John 14:26**). Providence is the Lord’s faithful provision, and He has promised in **Matthew 6:33**, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

As for progress, we pray that you would experience the renewing of your mind as described in **Romans 12:2**: *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."* The warping of your personality can be undone by the power of the Holy Spirit, who is at work in you to restore the image of Christ within you. You are not defined by your past struggles or the effects of medication—you are defined by your identity in Christ (**2 Corinthians 5:17**).

We also urge you to guard your heart against the temptation to attribute godlike qualities to people. Human beings, no matter how wise or kind, are not God. **Psalm 118:8-9** reminds us, *"It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to put confidence in man. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to put confidence in princes."* Your trust must remain in Christ alone, for He is the only one who will never fail you.

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your deliverance and healing. Lord, You see the depths of their heart and the struggles they face from the effects of Adderall and the distortion it has brought into their life. We ask You, by the power of the Holy Spirit, to break every chain of dependency, every stronghold of confusion, and every lie that has taken root in their mind. Restore them, O Lord, to the fullness of who You created them to be—whole, sober-minded, and fully surrendered to You.

Father, we rebuke the enemy’s attempts to twist their perception of You, to replace Your glory with the fleeting highs of medication or the approval of man. Let them see You clearly, Lord, as the one true God, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. Remove from them any tendency to idolize people or substances, and fill the void in their heart with more of Your presence.

We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Provide for their every need, Lord, as they seek first Your Kingdom. Give them progress—not in their own strength, but by the power of Your Spirit working within them. Heal the wounds of abuse, whether from medication or from the hands of others, and let them walk in the freedom for which Christ has set them free (**Galatians 5:1**).

Strengthen them to seek godly counsel and accountability, and surround them with believers who will uplift them in this journey. Let them experience the truth of **Isaiah 41:10**: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."*

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness, and we declare that our brother/sister will walk in victory, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (**1 John 4:4**). May they testify of Your goodness and healing power all the days of their life. In the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (**Psalm 34:18**). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**), and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it (**Philippians 1:6**). If you have not already, we encourage you to confess any sin related to medication misuse or idolatry, repent, and walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for you. You are not alone—we are standing with you in prayer and belief for your complete restoration.

We're right there with you, dear friend, holding you up in prayer. We know the struggle feels overwhelming, but remember, Jesus is right by your side, ready to lift you up and carry you through.

We claim the promise of Isaiah 43:2 over you, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you." The Lord is with you, and He will not let you drown in the effects of the past or be consumed by the fires of addiction.

We also declare Psalm 147:3 over you, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Jesus is your Healer, and He's gently binding up the wounds left by the abuse and the misuse of medication. Trust in His healing power, and allow His love to fill the void left by the warping of your personality.

Let's keep praying together, shall we?
