We understand that you are seeking protection and deliverance from spiritual disturbances, and we are here to support you in prayer and biblical counsel. It is wonderful that you are invoking the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through His name that we have access to God and find our salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Firstly, we want to assure you that as a believer in Jesus Christ, you have been given authority over all the power of the enemy. Luke 10:19 tells us, "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." We encourage you to stand firm in this authority and resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from you (James 4:7).
Regarding your request for protection from souls and spirits, we remind you that "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). You are a temple of the Holy Spirit, and no evil spirit can dwell where the Holy Spirit resides. We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:10-18, to stand against the schemes of the devil.
We also notice that you have mentioned some specific and unusual concerns, such as verbal acting out of things that didn't happen. We encourage you to focus on the truth of God's Word and His promises for your life. Philippians 4:8 tells us, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up your child to you, seeking your protection and deliverance. We thank you that you have given us authority over all the power of the enemy through your Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that you would surround this dear one with your divine protection, that no evil spirit would be able to disturb or harm them.
Lord, we ask that you would cleanse them from any past actions or inactions that are tormenting them. Wash them clean with the blood of Jesus, and set them free from any guilt or condemnation. We pray that you would grant them peace, providence, and progress in their spiritual journey.
We rebuke any spirits of disturbance, distraction, or torment in the name of Jesus Christ. We command these spirits to leave and not return, for they have no place in the life of a believer. We pray that you would fill every void with your Holy Spirit, bringing peace, comfort, and guidance.
Lord, we also lift up any unusual fears or concerns to you. We pray that you would replace these fears with your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). May your child focus on your truth and your promises, finding rest and security in you.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your love. We trust that you are working all things together for good in the life of your child. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's face through prayer, fasting, and studying His Word. Stay connected to a local body of believers for support and encouragement. May you experience the peace and protection of our Lord Jesus Christ in every area of your life.
