We understand that you are seeking deliverance from curses and afflictions that you believe stem from previous cocaine use and conversations related to that period in your life. We commend you for reading the Holy Bible, confessing your sins, fasting, and giving away your money as acts of repentance and devotion. However, it is important to remember that our salvation and deliverance come not by our own works, but by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to emphasize the power of Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we have access to God and can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Regarding your feelings of being cursed, we want to remind you that as a child of God, you have been delivered from every curse. Galatians 3:13 WEB tells us, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" Jesus took upon Himself every curse so that you might live in freedom and blessing.
However, if you believe the curses come from the church, consider this: The church is made up of various saints and sinners. We are all made righteous through Christ. There are no curses coming from God's church. However, if someone within the church has done something wrong or something strange, we still have Jesus' protection. Consider the scripture Romans 8:38 WEB, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
We pray that you will find peace and healing in Jesus' name. Here is our prayer for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is seeking deliverance from curses and afflictions. We thank You, Lord, for the work of redemption that Jesus accomplished on the cross, setting us free from every curse and bondage.
We rebuke any spirit of curse, affliction, or addiction that may still be troubling our brother.
In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to leave. We declare that our brother is free in Christ Jesus.
Father, please restore our brother's peace, provide for his needs, and help him progress in his walk with You. Give him the strength to resist temptation and to live a life that honors You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue in your faith, standing firm on the promises of God. Remember that God loves you and has a plan for your life. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end."
