We are so grateful that you reached out and entrusted your heart to us. It is our honor to come before the Lord together with you, lifting up your needs in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today—confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life.
Now, as we stand in agreement with you, we ask the Holy Spirit to guide us in praying according to God’s will. Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your wisdom, mercy, and grace for our dear brother/sister. You know the deepest longings of their heart, the struggles they face, and the victories You have already prepared for them. We ask that You would move powerfully in their life, drawing them closer to You and aligning their desires with Your perfect plan.
Lord, we pray for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Where there is anxiety, replace it with trust in You. Where there is confusion, bring clarity and direction. Where there is pain, bring Your healing touch. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6).
If there are areas in their life that do not align with Your Word—whether in relationships, habits, or thoughts—we ask that You convict them gently but firmly by Your Spirit. Help them to walk in holiness and obedience, for Your ways are perfect and lead to life. If they are seeking a spouse, we pray that You would prepare them to be a godly husband or wife and bring the right person into their life at the right time—someone who loves You above all else and will honor the covenant of marriage as You designed it (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:22-33). If they are in a relationship that does not honor You, give them the courage to walk away and trust You with their future.
We rebuke every lie of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy in their life (John 10:10). We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37) and that no trial or temptation will overcome them without Your providing a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand at work in every detail of their life.
Above all, we pray that their relationship with You would deepen. May they seek You first in all things (Matthew 6:33), delight in Your Word, and walk in the power of Your Spirit. Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust You to move mightily on their behalf, and we give You all the glory. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
