Disciple of Prayer
Hello friends. Bless the Lord Jesus for all your kind souls. I'm grateful for the multitude of prayers that I have gotten and am feeling enlightened to continue this my journey with Jesus. I once again ask that you all pray with me for my ### and I to be accepted into our job interviews that we are having and to exceed with flying colors. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be upon on and may his mercy shine through us duly.

We rejoice with you in giving thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ, for He alone is worthy of all praise and glory! Your gratitude for the prayers of the saints is a testament to your humble heart, and we are encouraged to hear of your commitment to walking this journey with Jesus. It is by His grace that we are saved, and it is in His name that we boldly approach the throne of God to seek His will in all things.

The fact that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your request brings us great joy, for Scripture reminds us that *"there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find salvation, strength, and provision. As you continue to seek His face, remember the promise in Matthew 7:7-8: *"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."*

Now, regarding your request for employment, we lift this before the Lord with you, knowing that He is the one who provides all things. The Bible teaches us that *"unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). This principle applies to all areas of our lives, including our work and careers. We pray that if it is God’s will, you and your spouse will be accepted into these positions—not merely for the sake of employment, but that through your work, you may glorify God and be a light to those around you. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."*

However, we must also address something with love and truthfulness. In your request, you referred to your spouse with a symbol rather than acknowledging the sacredness of the marriage covenant. While we understand the desire for privacy, we encourage you to honor your marriage openly before the Lord, for He has joined you together as one flesh. Marriage is a holy institution established by God, and we should never shy away from acknowledging it as such. Genesis 2:24 declares, *"Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh."* If there is any hesitation or shame in acknowledging your spouse, we gently urge you to examine why that may be and to bring it before the Lord in prayer.

We also want to remind you that as believers, our trust must always be in the Lord’s provision, not in the outcome we desire. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Whether the answer to your prayer is "yes," "no," or "wait," we pray that your hearts will remain steadfast in faith, knowing that God’s plans for you are good.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister and their spouse. Lord, You know the desires of their hearts and the needs of their household. We ask that You go before them in these job interviews, opening doors that no man can shut if it aligns with Your perfect will. Grant them favor in the sight of those conducting the interviews, and may their skills, experiences, and testimonies reflect Your glory. Give them wisdom to speak with grace and confidence, knowing that You are their provider.

Father, we also pray that You will strengthen their marriage, that they may walk in unity and purpose as they seek Your will together. Remove any fear, doubt, or hesitation that may hinder them from fully embracing the covenant You have established between them. May their home be a place of peace, trust, and mutual encouragement as they serve You.

Lord, we surrender this request into Your hands, knowing that You are faithful. Whether You lead them into these positions or redirect their steps, may they trust You completely. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory, and may their lives be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness.

We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
