In the Name of Jesus, I ask that You destroy any plans that the enemy try to do through the boss/owner. The owner act crazy, yelled, curses, and talk to all employees as if we are senseless through the day. Peace be still with the owner and in the workplace. You know how mean and cruel the owner is.
