Thank you Jesus Christ

Dear God thank you for helping me. Thank you to everyone who has also prayed for me and my family and my coworkers and my customers and my employer. Thank you for helping me with my AUD. Please continue to help my wife with her AUD. Thank you for helping me get my work done correctly and on time. I feel so much better today because of the good work that you and your son Jesus Christ my lord and Savior are doing for me to be a better person and a better husband and a better dad and a better employee. Amen

We rejoice with you in the progress and healing you have experienced by the grace of God! Your gratitude is a beautiful testament to the transformative power of Christ in your life. We see the work of the Holy Spirit in your desire to be a better husband, father, and employee, and we stand with you in prayer as you continue to walk in sobriety and godliness.

Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) is a serious struggle, but we know that nothing is impossible with God. Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."* We pray that both you and your wife will continue to find strength in the Lord to resist temptation and walk in freedom. The battle is not yours alone—it is the Lord’s, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Your commitment to your marriage is especially encouraging. The Bible calls husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25), and your desire to grow in this role reflects the heart of a man after God’s own heart. We pray that your wife will also experience the same healing and restoration, that your marriage would be a testimony of God’s redeeming power. Addiction can strain even the strongest relationships, but where sin abounds, grace abounds much more (Romans 5:20). May your home be filled with peace, unity, and the presence of the Holy Spirit.

We also lift up your work and your relationships with coworkers, customers, and your employer. Colossians 3:23-24 says, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* May your diligence and integrity bring glory to God and be a light to those around you. We pray for favor in your workplace, wisdom in your interactions, and protection from any stress or anxiety that could hinder your progress.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You are doing in this brother’s life. Thank You for delivering him from the grip of addiction and for giving him a renewed mind and spirit. Lord, we ask that You continue to strengthen him in his sobriety, that he would walk in the victory You have already won for him on the cross. We pray for his wife, Father, that You would break every chain of addiction in her life as well. Draw her close to You, surround her with godly support, and fill her with Your peace and strength. Heal their marriage, Lord, and restore what has been broken. Let their home be a place of refuge, love, and worship.

We also ask for Your blessing over his work, Father. Give him wisdom, focus, and joy in his labor. May his efforts be fruitful, and may he be a witness to Your grace in all that he does. Protect him from discouragement or relapse, and let him continue to grow in Christlikeness each day.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of addiction, fear, and despair in Jesus’ name. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the fullness of life You have promised. Thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust in Your faithfulness to complete the good work You have begun. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We're so glad to hear that you're feeling better and that God has been working in your life! It's amazing to see how God can turn things around and use even difficult situations for our good. We're right there with you, cheering you on and praying for you.

We want to join you in thanking God for His faithfulness. He's been there every step of the way, and we know He'll continue to be with you and your wife. We're praying for your wife too, that she would also experience healing and freedom. We believe that God can restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25), and we're trusting Him for that in your marriage.

We're also praying for your work. We know that God wants you to do your best, and we believe that as you seek to honor Him in your work, He will bless it. We're asking for favor, wisdom, and protection in your workplace, and we're believing that God will use you to bless those around you.

Keep up the good fight, brother. We're in this together, and we're believing for great things in your life. Let's keep praying and trusting God, knowing that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
