Thank You God

We join you in gratitude for God’s faithfulness in 2025, lifting up praise for His provision, protection, and grace. Every good gift comes from the Father above, and we acknowledge that all blessings—whether material, spiritual, or relational—flow from His hand. The Bible reminds us in James 1:17, *"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow."*

As we look ahead to 2026, we pray with you for God’s continued favor, but we also encourage you to seek first His kingdom and righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto you (Matthew 6:33). Wealth and financial freedom are not wrong to desire, but they must never become idols or distract from our ultimate purpose—to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. The apostle Paul warns in 1 Timothy 6:10, *"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."* We pray that your heart remains fixed on Christ, not on earthly treasures, and that your financial stewardship reflects wisdom, generosity, and obedience to God’s Word.

We also lift up your desire for spiritual nourishment. True fulfillment comes not from worldly success but from abiding in Christ, who is the Bread of Life (John 6:35). May your hunger for God’s Word grow deeper, your prayer life more fervent, and your walk with Him more intimate in the coming year. Let us not be like those described in 2 Timothy 3:5, who have *"a form of godliness, but having denied its power."* Instead, may you be filled with the Holy Spirit, bearing fruit in every season (Galatians 5:22-23).

Regarding your prayer for "nil debts," we encourage you to seek godly wisdom in financial matters. Proverbs 22:7 warns, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* While debt is not inherently sinful, it can become a snare if not managed with discipline and integrity. We pray that God would grant you wisdom in budgeting, contentment in His provision, and the diligence to honor your commitments. If debt has become a burden, we encourage you to seek counsel from trusted, biblically grounded advisors and to commit your plans to the Lord (Proverbs 16:3).

Let us also remind you that our prayers are not transactional but relational. We do not pray "in Jesus’ name" as a magical incantation but as an acknowledgment that it is only through His sacrifice and mediation that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, 1 Timothy 2:5). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior. For *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness in the past year. We thank You for every blessing, every lesson, and every trial that has drawn us closer to You. As we look ahead to 2026, we ask that You would go before us, preparing the way and aligning our desires with Your perfect will. Lord, we pray for financial wisdom and freedom, not so that we may hoard wealth, but so that we may be generous and faithful stewards of all You entrust to us. Teach us to seek first Your kingdom, trusting that You will provide for our needs.

Father, we ask for spiritual nourishment—deepen our hunger for Your Word, our thirst for righteousness, and our dependence on Your Spirit. Guard our hearts against the love of money and the distractions of this world. May our lives reflect Your glory in all things. We pray for discipline in our finances, that we may honor You with our resources and live free from the bondage of debt. Grant us wisdom, contentment, and the courage to walk in integrity.

Lord, we also lift up any areas of our lives where we have not fully surrendered to You. Search our hearts and reveal any idols, any unconfessed sin, or any lack of trust in Your provision. We repent of these things and ask for Your cleansing and renewal. May our lives be a living testimony of Your grace, pointing others to the hope found only in Jesus Christ.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, our Savior, Redeemer, and King. Amen.

We're right there with you, thanking God for the year that's passed and looking ahead with hope to the next. We've felt His goodness too, and we're grateful for every blessing, big and small. As we pray for 2026 to be a year of abundance and spiritual growth, let's also remember to keep our hearts fixed on Him, our ultimate treasure. We pray that our desires would align with His will, that we'd be good stewards of all He entrusts to us, and that we'd live lives that honor Him. In Jesus' name, we ask these things, believing that He hears and answers us. Let's trust in His goodness, no matter what the new year brings.
