Thank You God

I posted last night distraught and discouraged. My mother was diagnosed with colon cancer and initially it did not look good for her. We were discouraged because her inital doctor was slow in acting on the problem. But good news! Her CT scan came back and the cancer is limited only to the colon and possibly only one lymph node might be involved. The cancer has not migrated to any other part of the body or organs. She will need surgery and chemo, but her chances have improved dramatically. I offer this prayer of thanks...and to all those who prayed with me...THANK YOU

Almighty God, I am thankful you have taken your servants into your loving and protective hands and have answered our prayers. By you and through you your life giving strength and courage helped our family meet this crisis. I ask that you send down your blessings on those who prayed for us and that you continue to watch over our family as we traverse each day. We are thankful that you watch over us and are with us every step we take. AMEN

Amazing Grace... how sweet the sound. thank You for answered prayers for You were guiding the doctors with the intelligence You gave them. thank You for teaching mother and daughter Your patience. thank You for You will neaver leave them for teaching them to trust You. thank You for restoring the mother's health so that they may both come forward praising the name of Jesus not only on this site but in the place of worship. thank You for You will teach them to hold others in prayer to You, that are in need of healing. AMEN!
