Your faith in Him is the foundation of your relationship with God, and we pray that He continues to draw you closer to Himself each day.
Father God, we come before You with hearts full of praise for Your goodness and mercy. We thank You for the grace You pour out upon us daily and for the love that never fails. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister in Christ, asking that You continue to direct their steps in Your ways. Show them the path You have set before them, and give them the wisdom and courage to walk in it. May Your Holy Spirit guide them in every decision, big or small, so that their life may bring glory to Your name.
We pray for their family as well, Lord. Strengthen the bonds between them, and let Your love be the foundation of their home. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, and fill their hearts with unity, peace, and joy in You. Help them to encourage one another in faith and to grow together in Your Word.
Lord, we ask that You reveal any areas of their life that need to be surrendered fully to You. Just as You call us to take up our cross daily and follow You (Luke 9:23), we pray that they would lay down anything that hinders their walk with You. May they experience the fullness of Your presence and the joy of living in obedience to Your will.
We also rebuke any spirit of anxiety or doubt that may try to creep into their heart. Remind them, Lord, that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Let them rest in the assurance that You are in control and that Your plans for them are good.
