Thank You God For Answering My Prayer.

I posted on here a couple weeks ago about needing daycare assistance, I got the call today I got approved for full time daycare for $48 a week, which will help me and my daughter a lot! Thank you Lord! But now I'm faced with another situation, I got offered a job very close to my home, a few miles and right now I'm driving 45 miles one way to work, 90 miles a day, it's very exhausting and the roads where I live will soon be icy and snow covered. The job that is a few miles from me is only part time but it pays more and it's overnight so I wouldn't have to pay a sitter because my mom could watch my daughter. And I know it may sound wrong but I make too much money right now to qualify for state insurance and I'm pregnant and going to be uninsured soon, so if I made less money I wouldn't have to go without prenatal care, I don't want to pray for specific things because only God knows what is best for me, so I'm praying for God's help to guide me on what to do, and whatever happen to be His will. Thank you Lord for answering my prayer.
