We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to lift before the Lord your thanksgiving for His tender mercies and daily faithfulness Lam 3:23 and your faithful intercession for your wife for her salvation Rom 10:1. We have also been praying for the burden you shared so honestly, of waiting over two decades and now walking a difficult marriage path, and your repentant heart before Him as you reflected on 2 Sam 19:6, and we ask the Lord to strengthen you to love and to remain faithful as you have purposed.
We have asked Him for the grace you requested to take hold of one thing without letting go of the other Ecc 7:18, to continue steadfast prayer for your wife and your youngster and yet to have grace and wisdom to focus on pressing duties Tit 3:14 and to give yourself to the new things He is doing Isa 42:9 and Isa 43:19. We know you feel your need of Him greatly, for apart from Him you can do nothing John 15:5, so we join you in asking for His power and nearness, for open doors for the Gospel Rev 3:8, for grace to care for the flock among you Acts 20:28, to set things in order Tit 1:5 and to run the race set before you with endurance Heb 12:1, and for His protection from temptation and evil and the evil one Matt 6:13 and John 17:15 and for wisdom and full knowledge of His will Col 1:9.
