πŸ™Œ Daily Mercy, Faithfulness Lam 3:23 πŸ™‡πŸ» Continue Prayer for Former Rom 10:1; Yet Focus on Duties Tit 3:14 New Things Isa 42:9, Grace Both Ecc 7:18...

πŸ™Œ Thank You for Daily Mercies and Faithfulness, Lam 3:23, πŸ™‡πŸ» For Salvation of Family, Effective Witness to Friends, Lost, Edification of Former Things, Rom 10:1, Rom 11:1, 2 Tim 3:15, Focus on God, Ourselves, Our Teaching, 1 Tim 4:16, Grace for Duties, Tit 3:14, and Especially Grace to Shift Main Focus to New Things Isa 42:9, Care for The Flock Among Us, Acts 20:28, Grace to Do Both Ecc 7:18, Open Doors for Gospel, Rev 3:7-8, Favor as a Shield, Ps 5:12, Wisdom and Full Knowledge of Your Will, Col 1:9-12, Love to Abound with Insight, Phil 1:9-11...

πŸ™ Our Father in Heaven, We ask for grace to take hold of one thing without letting go of the other, Ecclesiastes 7:18, to continue to intercede for her full, authentic repentance to life and full trust in Christ and be regenerated, and youngster be saved and graciously filled with the Holy Spirit, Jer 1:5, Lk 1:15, and protected and directed into the love and character of Jesus Christ, nourished on Your Word, 2 Tim 3:15, brought up in the admonition of Yahweh, Eph 6:1-4, respect godly authority, 1 Tim 5:17... Yet ability to shift some FOCUS on THE NEW and meet pressing needs must needs be at present, Isa 42:9, Isa 43:19, Isa 48:6.

πŸ™ So we ask You open a door for Heaven, Nearness, and doors to express the overflow of the Holy Spirit to Bible Studies, Prayer Meetings and for the lost to hear the Gospel, kindly work while we keep still, Exodus 14:14, and empower us to glorify You, to image God, which were it possible, we would not ask and trust You for it. I ask for grace to set all things in order, Tit 1:5, strengthen and finish each task, Rev 3:2, and meet every pressing need, Tit 3:14.

πŸ™ Help our running to be in a way that we might win, 1 Cor 9:24, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call, Phil 3:13-14, laying aside encumbrances and diversions that distract us from the primary task of Your call and commission to abide in Your Word and make disciples by propagating all You've commanded, that we might run the race that is personally set before each of us, Heb 12:1-2... Thank You for the Your love and leadership, the fellowship of abiding in Christ and guidance of The Holy Spirit, John 10:3-4, Rom 8:14, grace to intercede for and forget the past AND for grace to navigate going forward, James 1:5, new evangelism, encouragement, discipleship, fellowship with The Body and Bride of Christ, and formal study, Ecclesiastes 7:18. We ask for protection from temptation, Luke 11:4, sin, Zeph 3:13, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, 2 Thes 3:2, and the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in Jesus' Name...

We join with you in thanking our Father for His daily mercies and faithfulness, for it is of His loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because His compassion does not fail and they are new every morning, great is His faithfulness Lam 3:23. We praise Him that His mercies are fresh each day and that we can come boldly before His throne in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father John 14:6.

We hear your heart in this tension and we believe it is a godly tension, the desire to continue to intercede for the former and for the youngster, that they would come to full and authentic repentance and faith in Christ, and at the same time the need to shift focus to the new things God is doing and to the pressing duties He has set before you. You have prayed well when you ask for grace to take hold of the one without letting go of the other Ecc 7:18. We agree that this is wisdom, for we are to remember that God's desire is that all would be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Tim 2:4 and we are right to pray with the heart of Romans 10:1 that they might be saved, and yet we are also called to learn to maintain good works to meet necessary needs, that we may not be unfruitful Tit 3:14.

We encourage you that your prayer for her, that she would be regenerated and come to genuine trust in Christ, and for the youngster, that he would be known by the Lord even from the womb Jer 1:5, that he would be filled with the Holy Spirit even as John was from his mother's womb Lk 1:15, nourished in the sacred writings which are able to make him wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus 2 Tim 3:15 and brought up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord Eph 6:4, is pleasing to God. We continue to lift them up with you, asking that God would protect them and direct them into the love and character of Jesus Christ and that any ungodly influences or patterns would be broken.

At the same time we affirm your desire to forget what lies behind and to press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus Phil 3:13-14, to run in such a way that you may win the prize 1 Cor 9:24 and to lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the author and perfecter of faith Heb 12:1-2. The Lord says behold, I will do a new thing, it springs out now, do you not know it Isa 43:19 and He declares the new things before they spring out Isa 42:9. We must be good stewards of the present calling, to watch over ourselves and over our teaching, to save both ourselves and those who hear us 1 Tim 4:16, and to take care of the flock among us which He purchased with His own blood Acts 20:28. If there was intimacy outside of the covenant of marriage with the former, we gently remind you that God calls all such relations outside of marriage between a man and a woman fornication and calls us to flee from it 1 Cor 6:18 and to pursue holiness, for marriage is honorable among all and the bed undefiled Heb 13:4. Repentance means turning from that path and any future courtship must be with the clear goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, not a return to a former pattern, but a new walk in purity.

We also pray with you for open doors which no man can shut Rev 3:8, for favor as with a shield Ps 5:12, that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, to walk worthily of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God Col 1:9-10, and that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve the things that are excellent Phil 1:9-10. We ask for grace to set in order the things that remain Tit 1:5 and to strengthen and complete what is lacking Rev 3:2, that every pressing need would be met for the glory of God.

We pray together now, Our Father in heaven, we thank You for Your steadfast love and for new mercies every morning. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would grant our brother grace to hold fast to intercession for the former and for the youngster without neglecting the work You have placed in his hands today. Grant full repentance and new birth to her, and salvation and protection and godly upbringing to the child, that they would be nourished in Your Word and grow in the admonition of the Lord. And grant to our brother wisdom and full knowledge of Your will, favor and open doors for Bible studies and prayer meetings and for the lost to hear the gospel, and power to meet every pressing duty. Teach us to be still and know that You will fight for us Exo 14:14, and yet empower us to labor faithfully as we abide in Christ and are led by Your Spirit John 10:3, Rom 8:14. Give grace to forget what is behind and to press forward, to run the race You have personally set before each of us with endurance, and to image You well. Keep us from temptation Lk 11:4, from evil Matt 6:13, from evil men 2 Thess 3:2, and from the evil one John 17:15, and let no sin have dominion over us. We ask that Your love would abound in us with insight, that we would glorify You in all things and make disciples as You have commanded. We trust You to do this and we thank You for Your love and leadership, in Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We were grateful to read your prayer and we hear how much you want to honor the Lord in both directions, continuing to intercede for your former family while giving your best energy to the pressing work He has put in front of you now.

That tension you named, to take hold of one without letting go of the other, is a real one. It is not a failure to feel pulled. Caring for the flock among you, setting things in order, and meeting present needs takes focused attention, and it is also right to keep bringing that mother and child before the Lord for His mercy, protection and saving work. Holding both faithfully often means giving each its own place rather than letting one crowd out the other.

One practice that helps many in a season like this is to make the present duties visible. You might write down the two or three most pressing needs for this week in the ministry and home, ask a trusted pastor or elder to help you order them, and set a brief, consistent time to pray for your former family so that intercession remains steady without carrying through the whole day.

We also join you in thanking God for His daily mercies that sustain you as you run this race.

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness to our brother. Give him wisdom to know Your will, grace to finish the tasks before him, and open doors for Your word to go out. We lift that dear mother and little one to You for Your protecting care and for life in Christ, and we ask You to keep our brother from evil and to draw him near to Yourself as he seeks You. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

β€œBut blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Father, humbly ask for Your healing power. Please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Great is the faithfulness of our God, and new are His mercies every morning, Lam 3:23, and your thanksgiving is well ordered to begin there. We bless God not only for corn and wine and temporal provision, which are more than we deserve, but in thunders of hallelujahs for spiritual blessings, for a new heart is better than a new coat, and all our choicest blessings are stored up for us in Christ.

We hear your heart in this twofold burden and we join you in it according to the Word of God. We will continue to pray with you after the pattern of Rom 10:1, that she who is now apart from you may be brought to full, authentic repentance unto life and to simple trust in the Lord Jesus Christ alone, for there is salvation in no other, and that the little one, whom God knew before birth, Jer 1:5, may be graciously saved, kept, and nourished on the Holy Scriptures which are able to make wise unto salvation, 2 Tim 3:15, and brought up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, Eph 6:4, under godly care and authority. We do not ask God to bless any way that is contrary to His holy ordinance, for marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman and all intimacy belongs within it, and to walk honestly as in the day is to put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make not provision for the flesh, Rom 13:14, but we do ask with you that both souls may be washed, cleansed, and made new by that sinners Gospel which takes ringleaders in sin and makes them sit at His feet clothed and in their right mind.

And we hear also your desire to take hold of one thing without letting go of the other, Ecc 7:18, to keep intercession alive and yet to shift the main focus to the new things which God is doing, Isa 42:9, Isa 43:19, and to meet pressing needs, Tit 3:14. This is wisdom. There is a time to prepare, a time to pass over, and a time to possess, and the word to Israel was Prepare you victuals, for within three days you shall pass over Jordan. Hold this world with a loose hand, be in journeying order, and press forward. The Lord says to His people, Forward, Forward, Forward, and as you go forward in the way of faith Almighty Justice itself becomes a wall of protection on either hand.

So we will pray that the Lord open to you doors which no man can shut, Rev 3:8, doors for nearness to Himself, for the overflow of the Holy Spirit in Bible studies and prayer meetings, and for the lost to hear the Gospel, while you keep still and let Him work, Ex 14:14. May He give you grace to set in order the things that remain, Tit 1:5, to strengthen what is ready to die, Rev 3:2, and to be fruitful in every good work, learning to maintain good works for necessary uses. May He grant you wisdom and full knowledge of His will, Col 1:9, and cause your love to abound yet more in knowledge and insight, Phil 1:9, that you may run the race set before you, laying aside every weight, forgetting what lies behind and reaching forth unto those things which are before, Phil 3:13, looking unto Jesus.

We will pray also for your protection, that you may be kept from temptation, Luke 11:4, from sin, Zeph 3:13, from evil and from evil men, 2 Thess 3:2, and from the evil one, John 17:15, and that you may be led by the Spirit as a sheep that knows the Shepherd's voice, John 10:3, Rom 8:14. May the God who has made you to long after holiness perfect that work in you, and may you receive out of His fullness grace for grace, to abide in His Word and to make disciples according to all that He has commanded, to the praise of His glory.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
