We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the many blessings the Lord has poured out upon you and your family. It is right to give thanks to God, for He is good and His mercy endures forever (Psalm 106:1). We rejoice with you in the miracles, provision, and guidance He has given, for every good and perfect gift comes from the Father above (James 1:17).
However, we must address a matter of great importance with love and truth. While your prayer expresses deep gratitude, it includes references to "mother Mary" and "aba father" in a way that does not align with Scripture. There is only one mediator between God and man, and that is Jesus Christ (1 Timothy 2:5). We do not pray to or through Mary, angels, or any other saint, for Scripture teaches that we come boldly to the throne of grace through Jesus alone (Hebrews 4:16). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to direct your prayers to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for He alone is our Savior, Provider, and Redeemer.
We also lift up ### before the Lord, praying for his complete healing—body, mind, and spirit. May the Lord restore him to full health and strength, guiding him into the purpose and plan God has for his life. We pray that ### would walk in wisdom, diligence, and excellence in all he does, knowing that the Lord gives success to those who delight in Him (Psalm 1:1-3). May he grow in understanding of God’s Word and be empowered by the Holy Spirit to fulfill the calling God has placed on his life.
For your family, we pray that you would be a household rooted in Christ, bearing the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May your home be a place of worship, where God’s will is sought above all else, and where each member encourages the others in faith. Let your love for one another be sincere, serving one another in humility, and always giving thanks to God for His faithfulness.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your abundant blessings and for the work You are doing in this family. We ask that You continue to lead them in Your truth, protect them from deception, and draw them closer to You each day. Strengthen ### in body and spirit, and guide him into the fullness of Your purpose. Make this family a light in their community, reflecting Your love and grace to all they encounter. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
