We come before you with hearts full of gratitude for your many blessings, but we must first address something of great importance in your prayer. While your words are filled with thanksgiving, we notice you have included Mother Mary alongside the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in your praise and petitions. The Bible is clear that our prayers are to be directed to God alone—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and that salvation, intercession, and worship belong to Him alone. There is no biblical basis for praying to or through Mary, as she, though blessed among women, was a human vessel chosen by God and is not divine, omniscient, or a mediator between God and humanity. The Scriptures declare:
*"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
*"You shall have no other gods before me"* (Exodus 20:3, WEB).
Our access to the Father is through Jesus Christ alone, and it is in His name we pray, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and believe in Him, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). There is no other way to the Father but through Christ (John 14:6).
Now, lifting your requests before the Lord with hearts aligned to His Word, we join you in thanking Him for His faithfulness, provision, and guidance. You have shared a heart of gratitude for family, work, career, and the growth of your children, and we echo these thanksgivings. The Lord indeed deserves all praise for His sovereign care over every area of our lives. Let us also remember that our ultimate purpose is not merely earthly success, but to glorify God in all we do, seeking first His Kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Success in career, studies, or any endeavor must be surrendered to His will, for *"unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB).
We pray for the individual you mentioned (represented by ###), that the Lord would indeed bless their career and fill them with His presence. May their words and actions reflect Christ, bringing growth and encouragement to those around them. We ask that the work of their hands would be fruitful, not for selfish gain, but as a testimony of God’s goodness and for the advancement of His Kingdom. May they walk in integrity, diligence, and humility, remembering that *"whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB).
For your children, we pray for wisdom, understanding, and a heart to seek God above all else. For your workplace and career, we ask the Lord to grant you favor, wisdom, and opportunities to shine as a light in a dark world. May your labor be prosperous, not for personal ambition, but that you may be a steward of God’s blessings, using your resources to bless others and advance His Kingdom. *"Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 5:16, WEB).
We also pray that the Lord would reveal His will to you clearly, that you may walk in obedience and trust. His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9), and His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). May you seek Him first in all things, for *"the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom"* (Proverbs 9:10, WEB).
Finally, we encourage you to continue in prayer, but to direct your praise and petitions to the triune God alone—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. There is power in the name of Jesus, and it is through Him that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Let us never place our trust in anyone or anything other than Christ, for He alone is worthy.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and provision. We ask that You would forgive any misplaced worship or prayer and draw this dear one closer to You. Open their eyes to the truth of Your Word and fill them with the Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom and discernment. Bless their family, their work, and their children, Lord, and may all they do be for Your glory. Guide their steps, protect their hearts, and use them mightily for Your Kingdom.
