We rejoice with you in this situation, and we are thankful that the door stopper has finally been installed. It's important to give thanks in all circumstances, as the Bible tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB: "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."
However, we want to gently remind you that the phrase "Thank God" is quite general. As believers, our thanks should be directed specifically to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find salvation and grace. As the Bible says in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude. We thank You for the small blessings in our lives, such as the successful installation of this door stopper. We ask that You continue to watch over us and guide us in every situation. Help us to always remember that it is through You that we have life and every good thing. In Your holy name, we pray. Amen.
Next time, remember to direct your thanks to Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have the promise of eternal life and a direct line to our Heavenly Father. If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. If you have, continue to walk in His light and give thanks in His name. As the Bible says in Romans 10:13 WEB: "For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
