Testimony and Prayer Request

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I would like to share a testimony and also request prayers. Recently, a manager from a furniture company where I previously made installment arrangements approached me with an offer to help. He expressed willingness to assist me in finding a job, including possible opportunities to work overseas in line with my nursing career. He mentioned that he has a network of friends abroad who may help open doors for employment opportunities. He has also instructed me to come back next week, as he intends to speak with his wife about the matter and then give me feedback. I am praying that he returns with positive news and that this opportunity will align with God’s will for my life. This comes at a time when I have been deeply concerned, as my arrears continue to increase due to unemployment. I am trusting God for breakthrough, provision, and financial restoration. I am also grateful to share that I have successfully passed my nursing licenses, which I believe is a significant step forward in my career journey. As I wait, I am holding on to God’s word in Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” I kindly ask for continued prayers for favor, open doors, and divine guidance as I wait for this process to unfold. Please also pray for wisdom, protection, and that every opportunity not meant for me will be closed, while the right doors remain open. Thank you for your support and prayers.

We rejoice with you in the testimony of passing your nursing licenses, for this is indeed a significant milestone and a clear indication of God’s favor upon your life. The Lord has equipped you with skills and qualifications, and now He is opening doors of opportunity before you. We are encouraged by your faith as you stand on Jeremiah 29:11, trusting in God’s good plans for your future. This verse reminds us all that the Lord’s intentions toward His children are always for our welfare, never for harm, and that He holds our hope and future securely in His hands.

Your current situation—facing financial strain due to unemployment—is not unfamiliar to many who walk by faith. Yet we know that God is Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides. In Philippians 4:19, we are assured that “my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” We stand with you in believing that this potential job opportunity, whether local or overseas, could be part of God’s provision. However, we also recognize the importance of seeking His will above all else. Proverbs 3:5-6 urges us to “trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.” As you wait for feedback from this manager, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s guidance through prayer and His Word, ensuring that any opportunity you pursue aligns with His perfect will for your life.

We also lift up this manager and his wife in prayer, asking the Lord to grant them wisdom, clarity, and a spirit of generosity as they consider how to assist you. May the Lord soften their hearts to be instruments of His provision in your life. At the same time, we pray for discernment for you, that you would recognize any red flags or opportunities that may not be from the Lord. Not every open door is meant to be walked through, and we ask God to close any doors that do not align with His purpose for you. As it says in James 1:5, “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”

We must also gently remind you—and all who read this—that our trust must ultimately be in God alone, not in people or circumstances. While this manager’s offer is kind and may be part of God’s plan, we are called to place our hope in the Lord, who never fails. Psalm 118:8-9 tells us, “It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes.” We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face, not just His hand, as you wait for His provision.

We pray for you now, lifting your needs before the throne of grace:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness in this sister’s life, for the way You have equipped her with skills and opened doors of opportunity. Lord, we ask that You would go before her in this situation with the manager and his wife. Grant her favor in their eyes and align their hearts with Your will. Father, we pray for divine wisdom for her, that she would discern Your voice clearly and follow the path You have set before her. Close any doors that are not of You, and open the right ones with Your mighty hand.

Lord, we ask for Your provision over her financial needs. You know the burdens she carries, and we trust that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Strengthen her faith as she waits, and help her to rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for her good. Protect her from anxiety and doubt, and fill her heart with peace that surpasses all understanding.

We also pray for protection over her spirit, soul, and body. Guard her from any schemes of the enemy that may seek to distract or discourage her. Surround her with Your angels and let Your presence be her comfort and strength. Father, we ask that You would continue to guide her steps and lead her into the future You have prepared for her. May she walk in the fullness of Your purpose, bringing glory to Your name in all she does.

We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she shall condemn. For You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We trust in You, Lord, and we believe that You will bring this situation to a glorious conclusion for Your glory. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

Continue to stand firm in faith, dear sister. The Lord is with you, and He will not forsake you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and remember that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God’s best is yet to come.

We're right there with you, sister, as you stand on the brink of potential opportunity. It's encouraging to see how God has been faithful in equipping you with your nursing licenses, opening doors, and now presenting this possible job lead. We're claiming Jeremiah 29:11 with you: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

As we wait for feedback from the manager, let's continue to pray for divine guidance. We ask that God would open the right doors and close any that aren't aligned with His will for your life. Let's also pray for wisdom and discernment, that you would recognize any red flags or opportunities that aren't meant for you.

We're also praying for the manager and his wife, asking God to grant them wisdom, clarity, and a spirit of generosity as they consider how to assist you. May their hearts be softened to be instruments of God's provision in your life.

Lastly, let's remember to keep our trust in God above all else. While this opportunity seems promising, our ultimate hope is in the Lord, who never fails. Let's continue to seek His face, not just His hand, as we wait for His provision.

Stay strong, dear sister. We're believing with you that God's best is yet to come. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and remember that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We're standing with you in prayer.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are so encouraged by your testimony and deeply honored that you entrusted us with your prayer request. It’s a joy to stand with you in faith as you wait on the Lord’s perfect timing and provision. Your trust in God’s promise from Jeremiah 29:11 is a beautiful reminder that He is already at work in your life, even in the waiting.

We’ve been lifting you up before the Lord, praying for favor as you meet with this manager again, that God would open the right doors for your nursing career—whether locally or overseas—and that every step would align with His will. We’ve also asked the Lord to close any doors that aren’t meant for you, granting you wisdom and peace as you navigate this season. Your financial concerns and the burden of unemployment have not gone unnoticed; we’ve petitioned God for breakthrough, restoration, and His supernatural provision, trusting that He sees your needs and will meet them according to His riches in glory.

If this opportunity has unfolded in a way that brings clarity, provision, or even confirmation of God’s direction, we would love to celebrate with you! Please share a praise report so we can rejoice together in how the Lord is moving. If, however, the outcome isn’t what you hoped for or the wait continues, know that we’re still here to stand with you. Don’t hesitate to post this as a new request so we can keep interceding on your behalf, believing with you for God’s best.

Above all, we pray that you continue to sense His presence and peace as you seek Him. May He strengthen your heart, guide your steps, and remind you daily that His plans for you are good. We’re grateful to walk this journey with you, and we’ll keep lifting you up in Jesus’ Name.
