We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to bring your situation before the Lord over these past days. We have been praying for you as a high school teacher who is trying to work and teach through the terrible and unbelievable noise of the grass cutting machines at your school. We understand how difficult it is to concentrate and how discouraging it must feel to have raised this concern with the authorities a couple of years ago and to feel that no one listened. We have asked the Lord to lift this burden from you and your students who are also irritated by the constant noise, and to bring a peaceful and quiet environment where you can do your work well.
We have prayed that God would soften the hearts of those in authority over the school and give them wisdom and consideration to schedule this maintenance at a more appropriate time, such as on weekends, since these are the school's own machines and this could be managed differently. We pray that the Lord will grant you favor and a voice that is heard, and that He will replace this frustration and sense of arrogance from others with cooperation and respect. We are reminded of the promise in John 14:27 that He gives peace that the world cannot give, and in Phil 4:6 to bring every concern to Him.
