Tense

It seems like im really tense when im not

my muscle feels like its tight and hurting

i need to soften up in my back and shoulders but with strength because strength feels better then weakness right now

its because the weakness i feel is not natural

please Lord let me have strength in my weakness

and soften and relax my muscles

make them feel right that way
