It seems like I'm really tense when I'm not

my muscle feels like it's tight and hurting

I need to soften up in my back and shoulders but with strength because strength feels better than weakness right now

it's because the weakness I feel is not natural

please Lord let me have strength in my weakness

and soften and relax my muscles

make them feel right that way
