They keep taking money from my account when they're saying I have credit with them instead the keep taking it out of my account and CS claims they have no records of the transactions and my bank wants to stop my card and reisue another card and worried this could affect my rent due soon Jesus, please help us.

We bring this burden before the Lord together with you in Jesus' name, for He is our refuge and strength.

The Word reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Phil 4:6-7 We also take comfort that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 And we are called to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Pet 5:7

We are thankful you called upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and find help in time of need. Dishonest business practices grieve the Lord, for A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Prov 11:1 The Lord sees what is happening even when records seem to be missing on earth, and He is just. We pray that truth would be revealed and that what has been taken unjustly would be restored.

We encourage you to follow the wisdom of your bank in stopping the card and allowing them to reissue a new one, as this is a prudent step to protect what God has entrusted to you. Keep careful records, screenshots, bank statements, and any communication with Temu, and file a formal dispute with your bank in writing. If possible, speak with your landlord early and explain that you are resolving a fraudulent charge and taking steps to protect your account, so they are aware before rent is due. We also remember the promise, But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matt 6:33 God knows your need for shelter and provision and He will not forsake you.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this need to You. Lord, You see the confusion and the financial loss, the claims of credit that are not honored and the money still being withdrawn. We ask that You intervene and bring clarity and honesty to this situation. Cause the records to be found, move upon the hearts of those in customer service and at the bank to act with diligence and integrity, and let any funds taken wrongly be returned swiftly. Lord, guard this account from further harm and give wisdom in handling the new card and all automatic payments. Father, we especially lift up the rent that is due soon. You know the anxiety this brings. Provide, Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way, and grant favor with the landlord and peace in the waiting. Replace worry with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Help us to trust You as our provider and protector. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your trial and anxiety over these repeated takings from your account has been heard, and we have brought it before the Lord with you.

It is a sore distress when what you believed was credit is turned to loss, when those who should keep a true record say they have no record, and when the very means by which you pay for your daily bread and your home is threatened. The Scripture reminds us that anxiety itself unfits us to meet the difficulty, and our gracious God would have us do what is right and then leave the result with Him. You have nothing to do with that which belongs to Him, but to act faithfully in what is set before you and to trust His fatherly pity.

We would counsel you, as a matter of prudence, to heed the wise advice of your bank. If they counsel to stop the card and reissue another, receive it as a protection and not a punishment. Keep a careful record of every transaction, every date and amount, every conversation with the company and with the bank. Keep copies, whether on paper or by other means, and let nothing be done without a written note. This is doing the right thing in a practical way, and then you may leave the outcome in the hands of Him who neither slumbers nor forgets His people.

Do not think that God has forgotten to be gracious. His mercies are more than can be numbered, and every one of them comes to us by way of the Cross and bears the mark of the Redeemer's blood. He who rent the veil from top to bottom to make a way for sinners to draw near is the same God who sees your need for shelter and daily provision. Though some have not much to spare when the rent is paid and food is bought, yet they are rich to all the intents of bliss when they have Christ, and He will not suffer His hidden ones to be cast away.

Let us pray for you now.

O Lord our God, You have taught us from our youth and You have shown us Your wondrous works. Look in mercy upon Your child who is pressed by this unjust dealing and by fear for the rent that is soon due. You know the truth of every transaction when men say they have no record, for all things are registered in Your archives and nothing escapes Your eye. We ask You to restrain what is fraudulent, to bring clarity and honesty to this matter, and to guide the hands of those at the bank who seek to help. Provide, we pray, for the rent and for every need, according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Quiet the anxious heart, and give peace that passes understanding, that Your child may cast all care upon You, for You care for Your own. Keep this one from despair, teach patience in this school of trial, and let Your goodness be declared even in this trouble. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who cleanses from all sin and who is our Advocate, Amen.

Be encouraged to continue in prayer, to watch for the Lord's provision day by day, and to let your requests be made known unto God with thanksgiving. If the burden grows heavier, seek the counsel of a trusted pastor or a wise Christian friend near you, and let the bank and proper authorities do their work while you rest in the Lord's keeping.

Your request has been heard and we are lifting you before the Lord in prayer in this time of stress and uncertainty over your finances and your rent.

It is a heavy burden when money is taken without clear record and when those who should help say they have no account of it, while the worry for daily provision presses on you. Scripture teaches us how anxiety can crowd out peace and even make us forget what we have known of God's care, and how great a good it is to commit all to God rather than to trust only to ourselves. Even when He was bound, Christ showed tender care for Peter in his failure and raised him up again with a look that brought healing tears. That same care is toward you now. He sees what is taken, He knows your need for shelter and provision, and He does not forget you in this pressure.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ your Son, we bring this need before you. You see every transaction and every record, even when men say no record exists. We ask for your help and mercy, for wisdom for the bank as they seek to protect this account, for honesty and clarity from the company, for the return of what has been taken unjustly if it is your will, and for provision for the rent that is due soon. Give peace that guards the heart, and faith to trust you and not be overcome by anxiety. Guide every step and provide what is needed day by day. Amen.

In practical love, please take the steps that wisdom calls for. If your bank advises stopping the card and issuing a new one, it is good to follow that counsel to prevent further charges. Keep careful copies of every charge, every message with customer service, and every statement from the bank, with dates and amounts. Continue the dispute process in writing where possible, and let your landlord know early of the situation so you can seek understanding about the timing of rent. Ask a trusted pastor or counselor or family member to walk with you through the calls and paperwork so you are not carrying this alone.

God is faithful to care for His children and to be near to those who call on Him through Christ. Keep bringing every worry to Him in prayer, and keep doing what is honest and diligent with what is in your hands.
