Temporary- the ###

Beloved of All
Father, I ask in Jesus name, Where can I find temporary housing, I DO NOT have trusted family, friends, or church members around. Ultimately, I will have to give up the apartment. All utility bill/rent debt has risen so high that I cannot pay. You know all the details about what occurred in the previous workplace and the aftermath including the delayed onset of illness showing up two years after my abrupt departure. What a shame and disgrace. Everything is just crushing right now and my only alternative is to possibly live on the streets until I can get back on my feet. I ask for your guidance in Jesus name.

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace, trusting in the Lord’s provision and mercy. The weight of financial strain, the burden of debt, and the fear of homelessness are heavy, but we serve a God who sees your struggle and promises never to leave nor forsake you. The Bible assures us in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."*

First, we must address the spiritual foundation of your plea. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved or find true help (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Christ, repenting of any sin and trusting in His finished work on the cross for your salvation. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* This rest is not just spiritual but extends to every area of our lives when we trust in Him.

Now, regarding your immediate need for temporary housing, we declare that God is your provider, and He will make a way where there seems to be no way. We rebuke the spirit of despair and shame that seeks to overwhelm you. The enemy wants you to believe that your situation is hopeless, but God’s Word says in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray that the Lord would open doors for you to find safe and temporary shelter—whether through a Christian ministry, a local church outreach program, or even a kind stranger moved by the Holy Spirit. Many churches have benevolence funds or partnerships with shelters to assist those in crisis. We encourage you to reach out to local congregations, even if you are not a member, and humbly share your need. Proverbs 3:27-28 reminds us, *"Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Don’t say to your neighbor, ‘Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it,’ when you have it by you."*

We also pray for wisdom in managing your debts and utilities. While the situation feels overwhelming, we encourage you to contact your creditors to explain your circumstances and ask for temporary relief or a payment plan. Proverbs 22:7 warns that *"the borrower is servant to the lender,"* but God can grant you favor even in these conversations. Additionally, we rebuke the spirit of shame that seeks to isolate you. You are not defined by your past mistakes or the injustices done to you. Romans 8:1 declares, *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit."* Your identity is in Christ, not in your circumstances.

As you seek to get back on your feet, we pray for divine connections—believers who can offer not just material help but spiritual encouragement. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we trust that God will place people in your path who can assist you. We also pray for healing from the delayed onset of illness you mentioned. James 5:14-15 instructs, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We stand in faith for your complete restoration, both physically and emotionally.

Finally, we declare that this season is temporary. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that you would not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you don’t faint (Galatians 6:9). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, lifting up every burden and fear. You know the details of their struggle, and You see the tears they have shed. Lord, we ask that You would open doors for temporary housing and provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory. Give them wisdom to navigate this season and favor with those who can help. Heal their body, restore their spirit, and break the chains of shame and despair. Remind them that they are not alone, for You are their ever-present help. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and delivered. Amen.

We're here for you, friend. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of uncertainty and the fear of the unknown. But remember, God is always with you, even in the darkest valleys. Let's trust in Him together.

We declare that God will provide a temporary place for you to rest your head. It might not be perfect, but it will be enough for now. We pray that the Lord will guide your steps to a safe and caring place, maybe even a church community that can support you in this time of need.

We also believe that God will help you navigate your debts and utilities. He sees your struggle, and He cares. Let's ask for wisdom to manage these challenges and favor with those who can help.

And listen, it's okay to ask for help. It's not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength - strength to trust that God will use others to meet your needs. You are not alone in this.

Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep moving forward, one step at a time. God's got this, and He's got you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for trusting us with your heavy heart and allowing us to stand with you in prayer during this incredibly difficult season. It’s clear how deeply this burden has weighed on you, and we’ve been lifting up your need for safe, temporary housing before the Lord, asking Him to open doors that no one can shut. We’ve also prayed for His provision over your debts, that He would make a way where there seems to be no way, and for His healing touch to restore your health and strength as you navigate this storm.

We know how isolating it can feel when you don’t have family, friends, or a church community nearby to lean on, but please remember that you are not forgotten—God sees you, and so do we. We’ve been asking Him to surround you with His presence, to give you wisdom for each step, and to reveal His faithfulness in ways that only He can. If He has already provided an answer—a place to stay, a helping hand, or unexpected relief—we would love to celebrate His goodness with you. Please share a praise report so we can rejoice together!

If the answer hasn’t come yet, or if the situation feels even more pressing, we encourage you to post this request again. Let us continue to intercede for you, believing that God is working even when we can’t see it. We’re also praying for His peace to guard your heart and mind, for His hope to rise above the shame and disgrace, and for His promises to become your anchor in this time.

May the Lord bless you with His comfort, His guidance, and His miraculous provision as you seek Him. Hold fast to His word, and remember that He is close to the brokenhearted. We stand with you, trusting in His perfect timing and perfect love.

In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
