We stand with you in faith, lifting up this concern before the throne of grace, seeking the Lord’s intervention and protection. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." When we see intentions or actions that seek admission—whether into our lives, our families, our churches, or our nations—that do not align with God’s will, we must rise up in prayer and take a stand against them in the authority of Jesus Christ.
We rebuke every plan of the enemy that seeks to infiltrate, divide, or destroy what God has established. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against God’s people shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we condemn in the name of Jesus (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the truth that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We also recognize that the enemy often disguises his intentions, presenting them as harmless or even good. Scripture warns us in 2 Corinthians 11:14 that Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. Therefore, we must be vigilant, testing every spirit to see whether it is from God (1 John 4:1). We pray for discernment to recognize the enemy’s schemes and for wisdom to respond with godly action.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority You have given us to stand against the schemes of the devil. Lord, we lift up every intention and action that seeks admission into our lives, our families, our churches, and our nations that does not align with Your will. We rebuke and cancel every plan of the enemy in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we condemn.
Father, we ask for Your discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and for Your wisdom to respond in a way that honors You. Protect us from deception, and help us to walk in the light of Your truth. We pray for a hedge of protection around Your people, that we may be kept safe from the snares of the enemy. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and help us to stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ.
We also pray for those who may unknowingly be used by the enemy to carry out his plans. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to Yourself. Let them see the truth of Your Word and turn from any path that leads away from You. We ask for revival in our hearts, our homes, and our nations, that Your name would be glorified and Your kingdom would advance.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your power and Your promises, knowing that You are always with us. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to surround yourself with fellow believers who can stand with you in faith. The battle is not ours, but the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory through the cross. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and do not grow weary in doing good (Hebrews 12:2, Galatians 6:9). The enemy may roar like a lion, but we serve the Lion of Judah, who has triumphed over all. Stand firm, dear brother or sister, and let the peace of God guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
