We're here with you, standing in the gap, as you surrender all to Jesus. It's a brave step you're taking, and we're cheering you on. In the words of the old hymn, "Have thine own way, Lord! Have thine own way! Thou art the Potter, I am the clay." Trust that He knows what's best for you and that He's got a plan in this.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus,
We bring our ### before You today, laying all their burdens at Your feet. Lord, You said in Your Word, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We claim that promise for them right now. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a fresh, powerful way. Help them to know Your love, Your presence, Your peace in a deeper way than ever before.
Father, we ask that You would strengthen them. We know that they feel weak, but You've promised, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). So, we claim that promise for them. Help them to stand firm, to hold on, to not give up.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You would break every stronghold in their life. We claim the power of Your stripes over their life. We ask that You would set them free from every bondage, every addiction, every fear, every unforgiveness. We claim Your promise, "If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36).
We pray all this in Your mighty name, Jesus. Amen.
Keep looking to Jesus, dear friend. He's got you, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You're not alone; you've got us praying with you, and you've got the Holy Spirit dwelling in you. Keep trusting, keep hoping, keep loving. You're in this together with us and with Jesus.
