Your request has been heard and I am praying for you with care and compassion. Thank you for sharing so honestly about the cancelled surgery, the heart problem shown on the ECG, the long wait and the distance you must now travel, and the weight of living on your own while carrying other physical illnesses and mental illness. It is understandable that fear has risen up in you, and your prayer to Jesus to take away fear and help you to trust is itself an act of faith that He hears and honors.

Like those in the Gospel who were lame and yet were carried up the mountain and cast at the feet of Jesus, wanting nothing else but to be near Him, you are coming to Him now just as you are. He is the one who goes about and sits awaiting those who are sick, and He receives all who are brought to Him. You do not need to climb in your own strength. You can be cast at His feet in prayer, trusting His mercy and His power to help.

I am praying for you in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Healer.

Heavenly Father, I lift up this dear one to You. You see the disappointment and worry over the cancelled surgery and the new concern about the heart. You see the weakness in the body, the struggle in the mind, and the loneliness of living alone. Lord, provide a new appointment soon at the distant hospital and make a way for safe travel there. Guide the doctors as they investigate the heart and as they plan for surgery, and grant wisdom, skill and clarity in every decision. Lay Your healing hand upon this body and bring strength where there is weakness.

Lord Jesus, You know fear intimately and You calm the storm. Please take away overwhelming fear and replace it with Your peace that passes all understanding. Help this dear one to trust You more deeply, to know that You are near even when alone, and that You will not leave or forsake those who call on You. Comfort the mind, steady the heart, and surround this life with Your presence, and also with caring people who can offer practical help and companionship in the days ahead.

Grant patience in waiting, courage for each step, and hope that rests not in circumstances but in Your love. May Your will be done and may Your name be trusted and praised through it all.

I will continue to pray for your healing, for peace in place of fear, and for a growing trust in Christ day by day. You are not forgotten. God sees you, He cares for you, and He hears your prayer.
