Surgery update

Thank you all for your wonderful prayer support! We've had a minor setback, but I actually see it as a blessing.

We arrived at the hospital for the surgery, and during the preop check, the surgeon discovered that my husband's condition was more involved than first thought. They have decided to do a more complete surgery and fix all of the problems at once. He has been rescheduled for Tuesday of next week. I am thankful that we have avoided a second surgery down the road, and that the surgeon was complete and thorough in evaluating what needed to be done before they began.

As a side note, before we knew any of this, they checked his vitals and his blood pressure was in a completely normal range - thank God for that peace and calm. So again, thank you for your prayers and concern - I'll be calling you to action again on Tuesday!

Father I stand before You and ask forgiveness of my sins, Lord Jesus I pray a blanket of protection over KJ and her husband as they face this setback, but Lord God we know You got this under control and we give You the glory and praise for a complete healing and recovery, in Jesus name I lift this prayer to You today Father, amen...

Heavenly Father, Jehovah Rapha, Abba,

You are the Great Healer. You are God. I stand in agreement with these prayers and lift K.J.'s husband up to You for the purpose of healing him completely in every cell of his body. I praise Your Holy Name for having Your Almighty Hand on K.J.'s husband, and I praise You for being sovereign, for being in control.

I ask You to immerse K.J.'s husband completely in the Stripes of Jesus for his healing, according to Isaiah 53:5. LORD, we just thank You for Your thoroughness in assisting the doctors to find out the extent of his condition for a much more thorough healing; I agree with K.J. that this is to Your greater glory. Glorify Your Name even more, Father: touch the doctors and heal her husband completely, according to Your Almighty Will in the Name of Jesus. AMEN!!

Thank you LOrd for this blessing, for guiding the surgents hands and mind, for sending YOur Holy Ghost to alert the doctors of the additional situation. You are beautiful Dear Jesus, You are merciful and everloving. Thank you Lord for this blessing and Your care. In You we trust Dear Lord.
